The layout and size of the family suite was perfect for our family of 5. It was great to be able to cook and we really appreciated to have 2 bathrooms. The staff was really attentive and offered good customer service. The breakfast selection was great, everything was really clean.

I was just sad that the spa was closed, would have been great to use while the kids played in the pool.

there was a fan that kept going on in my room next to my bed…. and it kept waking me up..

We did not eat the breakfast. The location was a little isolated and you needed a car or taxi to get to most places.

We booked for around 9 nights and we were only told that we needed to provide a deposit once we had arrived. This was done via a credit card although we made it clear that the hotel charges would be paid through another debit card. The desk staff assured us that this would be done. A few days after our arrival the front desk advised us that they had charged the credit card because we had reached a credit limit. Again this was the first time we were told about this. We then had to sort our a refund on the credit card and a charge on the debit card. A few days later the same thing was about to happen and we decided to just pay for the whole stay. The experience spoiled the stay.

I love the layout of your room 410 - My family enjoyed the Basketball court - pool - breakfast was above expectation - it was a great stay.

Unfortunately, the spa (Hot tub) was not working - one slight disappointment - the rest covered this flaw.

Nothing; a very average hotel and a subpar experience. Undisclosed pet fee; awful breakfast.

Breakfast was horrible; very poorly done. The undisclosed charge for my pet was $100.00; this was truly a surprise and exceptionally disappointing as neither Booking.com or the Hotel directly (I called them!) disclosed this additionally fee to me for a "Pet Friendly" hotel. The $100.00 fee was excessive.

Staff were lovely. Easily accessible.

Although room was disinfected, a little extra care at wiping down doors and light switches would be advisable.

Nothing! It was horrible

The rooms smell musty, the sheets have stains, the staff was treating me very poorly, the elevators are really slow, a lot of spiders in the room, they checked me out of my room without me going downstairs myself, they also took my deposit because they apparently smelled weed in my room but I’m pregnant so that makes no sense! Never staying here again and I don’t advise anyone to either
