Not a bad place to stay. Average

Room was clean enough but the construction crew was outside my door until 1am and was confrontational.
I would have not stayed there had I known the place was under construction. That should have been disclosed before I booked.

Check in took long then it should have. Person didn’t know what he was doing. Management should have put on their website saying they are under construction, if you want breakfast you needed to drive across the highway to a different hotel. Their beds suck. OMG!!

I didn't like why there was no television service. The hotel was under renovation and they didn't let the clients know about it. Lots of cockroaches.

Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable stay.

We had a pleasant stay. We needed a place to rest our head and get a good night sleep to get back on the road. They are in the middle of remodeling but don’t let that stop you from staying here. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again.

I had to pay an extra fee because I have a local address and I wouldn't receive the money upon check out it's been 11 hours since check I have not received my deposit back, I wouldn't care if I didn't have medication I needed to buy

Nice place, room had a faint indistinct smell, but not too bad. No breakfast due to remodel, but breakfast was offered at another hotel across the interstate (we didn't bother to go). Room was large, but sparsely furnished, making it feel empty and echoey. And there was a lot of remodeling work going on around the hotel.

One of the worst hotel stays I've had. No breakfast as indicated, had to go to another hotel, the frig didn't work and stunk. Clock/radio didn't work, bathroom look as if they didn't care what it looked like, and we wouldn't take a shower because of the condition of the tube. There was no mention that they were going through a renovation. Would not recommend this property.

Outside appeared as questionable but did look that some renovation was in the works. Evening clerk was most helpful. To our surprise the room must have been recently renovated. Clean, very comfortable bed. A good stay!

The manager gave us another room, because the battery for the smoke alarm had expired and the smoke alarm was chirping every 5 minutes.

Pretty seedy property. Bathtub was not clean. Insects in the room. By far the worst motel free breakfast I have ever encountered: Raisin Bran or Fruit Loops, 3 chocolate muffins, 5 pieces of white bread to choose from.

A very outdated hotel with free parking. Overall, it was pre-clean, except the bathroom was very dusty. The bed was very firm and not comfortable. The person at the front desk was Very hard to comprehend. The grounds were filthy dirty.

When we arrived to television did not work Was finally able to get that fixed. Shower had rust in it around the drain. Not much there for breakfast and the milk was sour. Also the container of milk looked like the container had not been washed in a while leaving g a very rancid smell.

Older property under current update. My room was completely updated recently and was still lacking a bit of furniture and fixtures. No closet or ability to hang clothing. Breakfast presentation needs serious improvement. Current breakfast situation is not a benefiting feature. Room was just fine so overall my stay was satisfactory.

Check in was awful. Location shady. Room was ok. Hotels were all booked so we had no choice. I would try to find another hotel.

Hotel is under remodel, which is fine. However, our room was pretty much paimt over all the issues. 2 outlets didnt work, and had a powerstrip extention coars for the o ly outlet that did work, to run fridge, tv, microwave and lamp. No hot water, only got a tad above luke warm. Showered super late, wo wasnt worth complaining to swap rooms. Beds were new, and comfortable.

Overall, good stay. Room and everything were great, clean and comfy. Only complaints are: I was not informed that I would be required to put down $100 deposit for my stay. I've never had to put down a deposit, and if I'd known it was a requirement, I would have stayed elsewhere. As it were, I didn't have a choice at that point. I'm just lucky I had enough to cover it. Also, the "hot" water took forever to get barely warm enough to shower.

This was a highway pit stop, motel is under construction and not in an attractive location. Booked on Expedia. I received a clean comfortable room, and the price was right. Check in by video monitor, and went fine. Cable and wi-fi worked fine.

I did not like talking to a machine to check in. Was a little hard to understand what he was saying. Then the key card did not work and had to go back to the office to get another. There were signs about improvements being made but was put off when we were put in a room with paint splatters all over the floor.

The video kiosk check in was very different
I hadn't dealt with one before and didn't see any signage for it. I waited at front desk until person came out, grumbling pointed to kiosk and then stood there quietly watching check in.
My reservation had to be "upgraded" from a king room to a double queen. At no additional charge.
Had an issue with first room, person on video kiosk took complaint, rolled eyes at my suggestion of giving my money back and I would find other accommodations.
Ended up in a second room, no sightings of what my issue was in first room. Bedding was clean.

Shower knob doesnt turn on!!! Tried to call front desk, waited 20 min and emailed them about this.

The room was old and carpet was filthy. Bed was actually comfortable and shower worked. The video check-in was an odd experience. Definitely a "get what you paid for" room.

The water in the tub/shower didn't work; internet connection did not work; breakfast was very poor, not even tea. Beds comfortable and nice sheets. No staff available.

When you get to the property, you have to check in on a kiosk but someone came out and just watched us check in while someone on the kiosk did everything. We could hear the people above us and beside us. You could see light from beside the door from it not closing all the way. They had 3 small packaged muffins for breakfast. We would not stay here again.

I enjoyed the kiosk checkin. It was fast and efficient. Room is clean and quite nice for the price.

There was construction going on at the next room on a Saturday night past 7pm. Key cards would not work and had to get new ones each day. Continental breakfast was a packaged muffin one day, nothing the next. There were flies in the room. Did not realize on booking it would outside room entrance instead of thru lobby. Definitely not work the price. Would not recommend or return.

Not a fan of the person talking to me on a video screen from a remote location while an employee of the motel is standing 2 feet away that could be doing the same thing. Weird. Otherwise was a good motel.
