By far the best hotel that we have stayed in during our trip.

Great place

This was one of the most pleasant days I’ve ever had while traveling out of town for business and then pleasure. The staff was phenomenal just the nicest people ever. The property was very well-maintained except for the pool. It was a little on the Dirty side, plastic packaging, flirting around, look like sand in the bottom of the pool, which was very Unusual. There were so many bees and wasp flying around the pool and sitting areas an exterminator is needed really bad for Around the pool. Room was very nice. The only weird thing is apparently the living room floor slats down because the dresser that was in the living room top drawer kept opening up by itself and then the closet doors wouldn’t stay open to the right every time you push the doors to the right they just slid back again to the left. The sliding glass door on the patio was very difficult to maneuver. We couldn’t get it to work right and stay on the tracks kept sticking, which wasn’t very pleasant. We had no chairs on the patio. Other patios had chairs, and the living room window was open and shut as well. But other than that, we will definitely stay there again without a doubt 😃😃😃👍👍👍 shantel that checked us in Friday night was just the sweetest most personable person and then Iris on Saturday was fabulous as well. I meant Sheila and Monica they were also also I just didn’t get to talk to them as much.❤️❤️❤️

This is one of my favorite locations to stay... Me and my boyfriend love this place. Plenty of food options around. Very clean and the staff is so nice... Definetly recommend!!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and it had a balcony. I spent the weekend with my love And we will definitely be back....

First, we love Sonesta Hotels!! This was our first stay at this location. We traveled from Pensacola FL to the hotel and actually beat our GPS time (YAY!) but we got to the hotel a little earlier than the 4pm check in requirement (we arrived at 3:15) So we thought possibly that since it was only 45 mins there may be wiggle room allowable for a little earlier check in as we were SO exhausted.. but nope! The lady at the check in desk advised there were not any rooms available now and that check in must be at 4pm. A little bummed, as I didnt think 45 mins would make a huge difference for them and we were definitely ready to settle into our room to stretch our legs…. but instead we made the most of it and visited the Dwarf Castle which luckily burned up that time we had to wait! Not a huge inconvenience, just thought with the distance we traveled might have a little understanding to possibly allow as Ive been to other hotels and they allow a little earlier than 4pm check in sometimes. Maybe something to consider as an exception for longer distance travelers. Everything else was fantastic as usual though :)

I enjoyed the location and i really liked the lady that vhecked me in she was an Angel to me and great customer service!! The room needed new carpet and the floors were very dirty!! My feet or socks was filthy from walking on the floor. And i was told cleaning was on monday and Thursday. I took my trash out the whole 2 weeks except a couple days. I had my sheets changed once!! I feel they should have daily service to accommodate you with at least towrls and wash clothes which I went everyday but 2. Like the suite with kitchen but for the money it needs a remodeling job!!@

Good times at this property as it served all the needs we had. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location has plenty around to eat and shop if you desire.

The first room I was in smelled terrible and I found roaches in the pull out bed. The attendant was great she listened and moved my family in another room. Which was fantastic. But I should have received my stay for free

Be careful staying at a Sonesta ES. The Extended Stay option opens the property up to some issues like overflowing trash cans, constant smell of dog poop outside, and overwhelming weed smell at this particular location. The pool area was nice as was the grill and outdoor seating area. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. Staff were friendly and provided plenty of towels upon request. Room itself was clean and the suite provided plenty of space. Having a kitchen and full size fridge was a nice addition to our stay.

Shanta was very helpful !! Very friendly and made our stay easy . We had an issue with our room and resolved it right away. Thank you! The walls are very thin we could hear the people upstairs running around The outside steps needs to be power washed it’s full of spiderwebs New mattresses are need for the sofa beds -very old The breakfast was ok

My stay was great! I previously stayed here and everything was exactly the way it was before. My room was clean, the area quiet and the breakfast is very good. Check-in was not until 4 p.m. but my room was ready and I checked in at 3 p.m. The attending staff was very nice and made the check-in process easy.

The facility is out of date. Breakfast is good. The staff is nice.

The room reeked of cigarettes , the upstairs neighbors were running back and forth the whole entire night the sofa mattress had springs poking out and all the other mattresses were horribly uncomfortable. The walls were thin and you could hear EVERYTHING!! The bathrooms were dirty and had bad water pressure. Would not recommend at all!

We had no batteries in the TV remote and no "guts" in the coffee pot in our room, making neither of them usable. It would not have been a big deal, but the response we got when we reported it to the front desk was "I can't do anything about it until tomorrow." Unless every room was full, why couldn't they have taken batteries and a pot from another unoccupied room.?

Nice clean had everything we needed

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean but a little worn. Overall not bad for the price. I would stay here again.

Property smelled like marihuana and first room had AC not working properly and they took hours to find us a new one. Kitchen had no pots, pans or silverware.

We liked the staff was very friendly and helpful. Honorable mentions : Miguel saw I walk w a cane. He put us in lower level accessible Suite. Grisel always friendly and helpful during breakfast. She kept everything replenished so there was food at 8:45 if we slept late unlike some other locations. Toinette at front was very helpful and even informed us we have room clean service (idk her name. She was very good)Suite was clean. The property was also well kept. We will stay again.
