Housekeeping should know when a room is empty. Got a knock on the door before 10am. Was hoping to sleep a little longer before 12 pm check out.

We had a reservation yesterday until today where I my daughter’s 10th birthday at your establishment. When I was able to check in ridiculously early, The room was ready and clean and more spacious than the pictures had depicted. I had the ability to set up the room just right and have all my questions answered prior to getting the birthday girl and her friends. Unfortunately, when I was leaving, I had asked about a fire pit that I found out wasn’t part of the property(but was listed on their main website). We stayed at the property because it had the fire pit and an outdoor pool versus another Property that had an indoor pool specifically so the girls could make s’mores at night. Obviously, I wasn’t pleased considering on the website there are pictures of a fire pit, and it is detailed in the amenities.
I have never been more touched and impressed by a property as I was yesterday when we returned to find the same manager, I had spoken with finishing setting up a fire pit. He had gone out and purchased it, set it up and had it ready for the girls to use. I would recommend this property to anybody considering they Really value their guests and their happiness. Needless to say, my daughter was thrilled and had the best time making s’mores!

Marriott needs to sell this property to another lower-grade chain. The room smelled, the bathroom tired and worn, the grounds beaten up and dirty and generally in poor condition. On my way into the room, i couldn't help but notice a couple "working girls" hanging out on one of the balconies. This place isn't even close to what I've come to expect from Marriott.

Loves the penthouse duplex loft 2 bed 2 bath rooms. kitchenette living room. Us and son and gfriend so perfect. Terrific desk staff. above average breakfast in large high ceiling room plus garden setting. we will be back !

I have been to different pet friendly hotels. This one was one of the cleanest ones. Britney at the front desk was amazing! She greeted me with a warm smile and took care of all my hospitality needs please thank her on my behalf. Will be returning to this hotel!

I did not like being placed by pool. Much too noisy. And had requested 2nd floor 2.bed st time of reservation and was not told that request would only be 1st floor. That should be marked with making reservation. However staff was great and tried to fix, but couldn't. Rugs had a smell of mold. Until air was put on. Room, was clean, and staff always great.

Stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. It was—fine. Room was big but it smelled like someone had been smoking weed prior to our arrival. The carpet was in need of an update, the couch was super uncomfortable, sheets really thin and scratchy, and the wifi kept cutting in and out. Nice to have a full kitchen and the staff were polite and courteous.

I am a certified mold inspector staying for work. When I entered the room I noticed a strong musty odor. After inspecting the room I found active mold growth on the ventilation registers and underside of several tables. I tried to switch rooms but there were no other rooms available. Left too early for work to speak with management next morning.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The kitchen in the suite was up to date and very nice. The only thing i didnt like was how esrly the pool closed, 8pm its not even dark out at that point. But the pool was nice and clean. The chairs were nice also. The free breakfast was also cleaned up 40 mins early which was inconvenient but at least the hotel is close to so many things!

It was an average inn. Beds were nice and clean, but the sofa bedsheets were unclean. Ran out of sausages and eggs in the breakfast and no refills; it took more than 20 minutes to refill the coffee pot. Parking is convenient, right outside of your room.

Great value for the money! I was greeted pleasantly by Brittany who checked me in quickly and efficiently. Our room was clean and neat and had a full kitchen and everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. Plus sofa and TV. Comfortable bed. Very quiet through the night. Breakfast was an amazing full breakfast and serviced by a very pleasant and friendly woman whose name I didn’t catch. The fitness center was also amazing. Only stayed one night while passing through, but great place to stay for longer periods of time too.

We were very happy with our room, Clean, very functional, and a great location. The staff was exceptional helpful and friendly. A couple very minor critiques. The closet pole for hanging close was too low. It would be nice to have a mirror outside the bathroom thank you.

The only disappointment was that the pool was not open Memorial Day wknd even though I called weeks before when I booked it and asked. Breakfast was amazing and room was very nice.

Greeting my fellow reviewers….. I must say this was the first time I’ve stayed in at the Residence Inn and I was very impressed with their layout of the rooms! Very spacious they were like mini condominiums!!!

The room was spacious and it made the entire family feels at home. We also like the free breakfast in addition to the fact that Marriott Residence Inn is pet friendly.

AC didn't work. Maintenance recharged it and gas leaked through the vents and got freon poisoning.
