Pictures on website are very very deceptive. Place is a poorly remodeled dump. Stay far far away. I wasted money on this dump and just left after check in and stay elsewhere. Never again will I stay at red roof inn

Room was clean. Tv cable didn’t work. They failed to mention at checkin that they had cable issues and so tv’s didn’t work.

Comfortable roomy room with parking right outside the door. Nice shower.

Wonderful stay at this Red Roof. Hardwood floors, clean interior, hot shower. Well maintained. Check in was great. Coffee in the lobby, no breakfast, but a great restaurant only a block down. Will stay again.

The ladies working at the desk were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and plenty of room. We were traveling with two elderly ladies so being able to park very near the hotel room was a definite plus.

Hotel.com had this rated as 8.7, a great choice. So extra was paid. I paid over $100 a night for a run-down motel. It's like this company doesn't care anymore. You don't care about customer service. All you care about is the almighty dollar.

From waiting 20 minutes outside to check in because the clerk was at the store to no working tv/wifi …. This was ridiculous. There were 3 rooms among us, only 1 tv worked and it was broken in picture. The wifi was so bad no one was able to complete assignments or do any work, much less watch TV. Large cockroaches … fantastic. Vagrants roaming the parking lot asking for money. My stepson was almost robbed in the parking lot but fortunately my spouse was nearby and was able to assist. The rest of us stayed locked in the rest of the night for safety. We were also put in 3 rooms the farthest from the office that required a ridiculous walk back and forth through an overgrown field just to unload. I got ripped off at $80/room. But, as long as yall got my money, right? Never again and im sure no one gives a single care about it.
This run down, gross property is only missing a “by the hour” sign.

I had a couple emergencies and was unable to check in on time, when I did get there they had the room key set to the side for me and gave me a complimentary late check out. Everyone was so friendly and the room was very clean and obviously recently redone. I believe their efforts have paid off. The only slight issue I had was the night manager is a little abrasive, toeing the line of rude. But still a great employee, I think there was just a slight misunderstanding when I worded my question inefficiently. Overall a great stay and I’d racommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel at a great price.

The staff was very nice..Nice room so crazy how it use to be econolodge to a actual nice motel..only thing didn't like was the construction that was going on but other than that a great place for a great price
