Updated and clean and the staff was pleasant and helpfully. Especially Cliff in the dining room. Great breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Hotel needs maintenance

I enjoyed my visit. I didn't use many of the services. I enjoyed my visit.

The bar next door was not inviting at all me and my wife waited 25 minutes no service the sign said wait to be seated but no one came to assist us. So we left to eat something else down the road

The staff was amazing at trying to coordinate trying to get there after our flughtvwas delayed. They were attentive and helpful. Book the doubletree for the staff, the cookies and the quality of the rooms.

Dirty unkept hotel

First off, the driver who picked me up from the airport was awesome. Personable and kind. However, the room smelled like mold and the room cleaners knocked and opened my hotel room door three times between 7am-8:30am. This woke me up on a Sunday morning when i was in dire need of catching up on sleep.

For the most part it was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The bar was very nice. The buffet was good. The only complaint I have is there wasn’t enough towels to dry off from the shower. We had only 2 towels with 3 people in the room. The floor also didn’t seem clean. Other than that we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

The only part is I was supposed to have breakfast voucher and did not receive. Did not make an issue as had to meet family for brunch

Booked a king room, but was given a double.

Was happy at check-in that they accommodated my request for a feather free room and happy with the cookies! Very unhappy with the hard lumpy bed. Bathroom so tiny that the door can't open all the way as it hits the toilet about half way open.

We loved the hotel, our room was nice and spacious, but the shower and toilet were not draining. The parking lot was also under construction, so that was inconvenient.

Nice stay prior to flying out of Bradley. Nice restaurant in the hotel, standard bar food.

Check in was nice and pleasant. Our room was clean. We left our things and came back around 8pm. When we came back is when we had a problem, we entered the room and it had a strong smell of marijuana. Since traveling with our three year old we immediately called the front desk and the woman was very apologetic and got us a new room. She said that someone would be coming to the room and checking in. The man that came was very room and basically said we were lying. When he didn’t even step into the room. He said there was no way that someone was smoking because we were on a student floor. We told him he could come in to check but he laughed and said no. So we just left to our new room. Our new room was a mess to say the least. Papers on the floor and old stains, the room was hot and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. At this point we were all tired so we let it be. In the morning we went to the breakfast bar and we ran into the same man, then he followed us to the breakfast bar and literally stood there and watched us. We were very uncomfortable so had a quick breakfast and left. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, clean hotel, friendly staff. Only reason for the 4 star is because they are re paving their parking lot and their key system was down so you could not leave and enter your room without staff having to go with you.

Decent property. A lot of construction around the area. Staff was not very friendly.

The room was very comfortable and the food was great. Microsoft issues, so residents needed to wait for front desk staff to let us in our rooms which was very inconvenient! Outside construction going on with the parking lot so parking conditions were horrible! Staff was nice and the hotel was very clean. I was coming from an 8 hour drive to this hotel. I wish the staff could’ve told me about these conditions before I came. I would think that there should be a little discount applied. I was disappointed that the staff didn’t offer a discount.

Pretty clean, comfortable beds but crappy part of town, no driveway and sticky floors, restaurant is awful.

Stayed at this property during the Microsoft / CrowdStrike issue. The staff and personnel was so helpful getting around to help us get to our rooms, as the key programmer was not working!! Merci beaucoup!

The safe are doing the best they can with what they are given - I feel horrible even leaving this review. Black mold, bugs, leaky toilets, broken AC’s, and my last and final room smelled like cigarettes but I have given up. Horrible experience. Cried multiple times. Made me feel like a Karen. I have EVERYTHING date and time stamped on video please let me know where I can post them and request a refund. The manager said she would not fight me on it

Very pleasant and comfortable.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They were unable to make keys for the rooms due to the Microsoft issue but were quick to ensure someone was at our door to let us in. The room itself was clean but the common areas, the halls and windows, were not as nice. They were tearing up the parking lot so it would seem as though they were working on some upgrades.

The staff was very welcoming, close to the airport and we were in a newly renovated room!

The room was updated and very nice. Our bed was decent, not excellent, just decent. The staff was wonderful. What really affected my lower score was how dirty the carpets were in the hallway from the elevator to the room. The entire hallway carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. That was a bit disheartening, but the room itself was nice.

The buffet price is not accurate, its $18 pp not $15 as specified. Something like a generator/fan kicked on every morning like clock work around 6:30/7a.m. that woke me up daily. Hotel does not have transportation to/from airport all the time as specified, only when driver on staff. Was able to get a ride to the airport from hotel, but had to uber when landed. There was a rotten egg horrible smell in the hall way for a couple of days, very horrible. Was quite surprised by a Hilton. Most run down Hilton I've ever seen. The staff was fantastic & very helpful.

The front desk lady with the blond hair was very rude. I ended up talking with the office manager. I was moved to three rooms because the first two air conditioners were broken. The comforters and bed sheets were not clean. I asked for clean ones and they sent up sheets for me to make up the bed myself, which I did. They decided to redo the parking lots so parking was an inconvenience.

Totally under construction

The same maid knocked on our door before 8 am and again at 9 am waking me both times. Check out wasn't until noon. The walls were thin as we could hear a child and mother yelling several times for over 2 hours. If not for the maid especially, the room and service would have been great.

Great stay

Overall this hotel was good for our short trip. We booked here in part as there was breakfast included. However, it turns out there were ongoing issues with the kitchen and it was really a cold/take away items breakfast. According to a guest who had been there for days said there had not been hot breakfast at all during their stay. We were given no information on where the food was served or to be found either at check in or the next morning. So we had to go out and find something. The room overall was clean. The mini fridge did not work - it was plugged in just not running. Beds were comfortable and the space was quiet.
