The room was dirty including counters, floors etc. You dare not walk on the floors and the reviews that we read of this place were highly exaggerated

Do not stay here! The hotel reeks of weed. The heating and cooling system would not shut off, regardless of the set temperature. The mattress was old and had sunken spots on both sides of the bed. While a channel guide was provided for the TV, not all channels had a signal. The nightly rate charged does not coincide with the quality level of the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. The staff is very nice and the rooms are pretty clean. The first time I stayed the room was freshly redone and very nice. The second time it was a little outdated but still decent.

The pool area is a slip and fall waiting to happen. VERY slick wet tile around the pool. Tiny pool towels.
If you need a towel, you must exchange towels at the front desk.

Our room smelled like ammonia, our air conditioner was noisy and the "fan off" toggle was broken and did absolutely nothing. So we finally just had to unplug it.
However - the mattress and pillows were really comfortable. It was a shame that the other issues were present, because the bed was the nicest hotel bed I've slept on in years.

This was just for an overnight before a flight. The staff was quite nice. The room was large and spacious with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The bathroom definitely could use some updates with crack tiles, countertops with construction notes on the sides, bottom of the tub needing refinishing, etc. But overall, the room was fine, especially for just one night. I think it’s a little pricey for an airport hotel but it’s Connecticut so you have to pay a little too much. The shuttle was right on time to the airport and I had no problems getting there at an early hour.

Very uncomfortable there with me and my kids staying in that place. Customer service was terrible which was the manager Rob. food in the pullout sofa couch explain to them no compassion no and also told me since I worked there I couldn't get no Hotel there no more then change it to oh I live 30 miles no one can get a hotel after I already done paid through the hotel.com and also he looked at my ID if that's the case you should have been said that. Very judgmental and Prejudice. halls smells like doodoo my kids kept on saying what is that smell it was getting stronger and stronger not once bother to check didn't even bother to go check nothing that I reported. And charge me i never stay the night refund my money please.

Night clerk, Eileen, made everything smooth- so welcoming and helpful. Shuttle very professional. Extra nice touches in the room made me decide that I have a new favorite! Great job to Travelocity for recommendation too!

Experienced no problems. Clean comfortable rooms. Full kichen (stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot) and all utensils. Pool and gym. Outside there's a gazebo with seating for 10 along with 2 gas bbq grills. (Utensils included)

Property had no elevator. We were not notified or even told until after I signed paperwork and they ran my card. When I realized we would have to walk up 3 flights and my daughter has health issues and was unable to do this I asked the front desk if there was a first floor. They said they didn't think so and I was told I was on the third floor on check in. After they found there wasn't I asked for a refund I was abruptly told I needed to contact Expedia.
How is a property able to operate without an elevator or at the very least not give notice to those with reservations

We got there at 4:30 and our room wasn’t ready. We were told ten minutes but it took 40 minutes. The room smelled like mildew and the pool water was very cold and there was dirt at the bottom.

THE AMENITIES

I stayed for 2 nights for my 35th class reunion. The room was perfect for getting ready - nice and spacious (queen suite with a small kitchen) with great desk space. I was able to keep it at a steady 64º, exactly how I wanted it.
The desk staff was friendly and outgoing.
And I have never slept better. 12 hours the first night, 9 the second (and it would have been more if I hadn’t had to check out).
Definitely returning.

The staff were friendly and pleasant. The rooms were a big and comfortable but the maid did a bad job at sweeping up crumbs off the floor but other than that the room was comfortable and spacious. I utilize the gym which was clean the machines work and it was comfortable to be in there. The location is a minute from the airport and close to dining and basic shopping needs.

Hall way carpets are very dirty with litter and stains. The rest of the property seems well maintained. I don’t have a need for any of the items in the lending library during this stay, but I do hope to return for a longer stay in the future.
