I liked it because it was very convenient for many things we did around the city. However, it’s at the same time inconvenient to book a hotel on Champs Elysses; there was a super chaotic and heavy parade of people all day. It was difficult at times, to find your way to the hotel.
My husband and I were not pleased with the way low ranking personnel treated us about assigning us a room that I hadn’t booked.
I was told that not because I booked a certain room, I was going to get it. They used their own invented jargon to confuse me, and make me believe that this person was right, and I just had to accept the room because that was their policy.
I told her that I was going to get in touch with Expedia, and I also needed to talk to the manager; that was the time when things turned out for the better for us. I was assigned the right room, also got a letter with an apology from the manager.
I wasted a day fighting for the right to stay in the room I had payed for.
SORRY FOR SAYING IT BUT IT CERTAINLY WAS NOT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR MY HUSBAND AND ME.

I disliked the fact that our 3 keys were cancelled after a few hours of getting them. We stayed 2 days and had to constantly go to the front desk to have them cleared. We felt as if we were treated like thieves.

This property was amazingly situated, we stayed in the renovated section and it was perfect for our family as it was a large suite. Charles at front desk was amazing and recommended some great local restaurants which added to our experience! 10 out of 10 team Frasers- will be back !

It was a nice hotel in the middle of champs Elyse’s. So many big shopping store. I would have loved it more, if they gave us more toilet paper.
Breakfast in this hotel was fabulous. Staff was excellent and friendly. Very hard to get a taxi in a moment notice though.

This is a great property, made even better by the delightful staff. The hotel staff is friendly, prompt, helpful, polite, and just enjoyable to be around. My wife, four kids, and I stayed here over Christmas and will definitely be returning.

If you want to be in the middle of the bustle of the Champs Elysée this is the place for you. An executive room gives you a large opening door with views of the avenue and the top of the Eiffel Tower. Perfect for the Christmas lights season. The service was outstanding.

Although this was one of my go-to hotels in paris, the service was so bad. They were highly understaffed. We requested around 2 pillows and they didnt have it, they didnt give us a call back that they didnt have it and the next time we requested for pillows they said they dont have extra which was the first time I encountered in a 5 star hotel. Deeply disappointed by the service and the room. I dont think ill be back soon.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay here for my husband’s 40th birthday. The suite was great beautiful with great views of the Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. We will definitely return, thanks!

Fantastic hotel!! The staff were amazing and accommodating. I loved how well the A/C worked, it was freezing at night in the summer. We even had a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

Location was perfect for the family who wanted to shop on Champs D’Elysses. Hotel accommodations were NOT what I paid for originally. Hotel stated it was for a 1 bedroom suite and it was actually for a 2 bedroom suite. This is really the fault of hotels.com. Upon calling the customer service line, I was told to check back???
The hotel staff was nice with the exception of the fact that did not clean our room for 3 days! When we did go to the front desk and ask about how this could happen, they immediately sent two maids to clean. They cleaned a small portion of the room and left. Overheard some other guests furious about their reservations not even going through. I did notice the property has some residences under construction. Maybe their concentration is on that end of things. In any case, there is a great Marriott literally next door. A lot of other options nearby too if you want to be on Champs E’lysse
