The hotel was very helpful and friendly! Hotel fantastic& great location. Checkin agent was so thoughtful due to our late arrival - she extend our check out to 2pm.

The InterContinental Yokohama Grand is an incredible hotel. Beautifully designed, clean, with a friendly staff and conveniently located in the harbor of Yokohama. If I ever get the opportunity I will stay there again.

We’re upgraded to ocean view+ bigger room, which made our stay more comfortable and special! The hotel felt like going back in time. It’s close to many attractions and easy access to the subway station.

The hotel was way more that we expected. It was beautiful, the breakfast is well worth the cist and so is the dinner. I will be staying here every trip to Japan from now on.

This has been the over all best hotel that I have stayed at in years. The staff was very friendly, proffesional, as well as very helpful with all of my questions. Everyone at the hotel spoke excellent english as I don't know many Japanesse phrases. Thank you for being a great hotel

Loved everything about this property. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms spacious and clean. Access to metro easy. Malls and shopping areas very close. Pillows were too soft and no extra pillows were available in the room.

great stay with the family, the room was very nice, the sports facilities too, and we greatly enjoyed the proximity to shopping and activities for my daughter such as the amusement park just next door. The only negative point is that we picked the hotel for the pool as my daughter is an avid swimmer but unfortunately kids are not allowed to use the pool which we didnt notice in the listing. Very unfortunate for a family stay.

I had a room facing Minatomirai--an absolute delight to see that right in front of me! Staff was very courteous and swift with any needs. I didn't go to any of the dining places inside the hotel, but there were more than enough options close by.

Spacious room. Hair dryer and pillows are suck. Pillows are too soft, cannot support your neck. Hair dryer is extremely hot but very weak wind. Need much much time to blow dry hair

Beautiful property adjacent to the waterfront promenade. Nice staff, clean and elegant. Would definitely return, especially at current exchange rates, which are extremely reasonable.

The place is awesome! But the staff are really helpful. I came in feeling very sick and they accommodated my request to check in early. They even gave me advice in case my condition gets worse or if I needed a doctor. They are so polite and supportive and helpful. I’m very grateful for their help.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was easy access to train station and to Tokyo. The rooms were very spacious and the view of the city was incredible. We will stay here every time we are in Japan

I liked it. But next time i will try yokohama bay hotel tokyu, because of the transportation and the view.

A convenient location close (walking distance) to Pacifico Exhibition Center, close to Yokohama sea side and railways station (10 minutes walking). We have been disappointed by the restaurant working hours (last service 8pm) and by the Business Center, very small, old and not really clean. Carefull with check in hours (3pm) if you have a very early flight

The hotel is in an excellent location on the harbour promenade. Close to a few restaurants, 711 and red brick warehouse. The room was large, great view of harbour with lovely large windows. Good restaurants on site - on the expensive side - but lovely views. Enjoyed having a drink and snack in the cafe looking at the boats pass by.

Wonderful and amazing staff. We arrived early and they took our bags and then delivered them to the room after check in. We left on a cruise and they stored our bags while we went out in the morning and explored Yokohama. Great facilities, centrally located to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend, especially before or after a cruise leaving Yokohama.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We’re very willing to help us with any need even though we don’t speak any Japanese. Overall an amazing stay, very close to a train station, on the water, and pretty close to a lot of attractions. I would recommend to my friends if they come to Yokohama!

Beautiful view of the harbor and Ferris wheel and night view fireworks. Clean spacious room excellent room.

Dinner meal advertising Wagyu beef and Maguro shushi for 6,800 yen for 90 minutes was simply Horrible. I could not eat the meat: tough chewy. The maguro was small and dry. We were very disappointed
