Small room, but laid out to maximize space. Side parking lot could have had more lighting - not necessarily street lights but rather path lights to better illuminate from lot to front door

A small, clean, serviceable room for business trip. Gym was a little sparse and the flooring was coming up. But otherwise just fine for my needs.

I think the staff was excellent let me start with that! Everyone I interacted with were all friendly and did a great job! I do think that the hotel cost for what it was, was a little over priced. My pillows smelled like food, so I feel like the beddings are kept too close to the restaurant. The shade in my room wouldnt work so my window was wide open and everyone who pulled up could see into my room very easily. The food you could buy was VERY overpriced. $13 for a tea and a TINY thing of ice cream and $9 for a bottle of soda and a reeses. I ate from the restaurant inside however and that was good quality. So overall staff were great, but feel the hotel itself is charging too much for what it is.

Staff was friendly. I was disappointed that they had no laundry facilities on site. The beds were very uncomfortable. We didn’t complain until a few days in our visit. When we did they gave us another room. The beds there were 10 times more comfortable.

very clean and comfortable. would definitely stay there again if in the area. multiple front desk staff were very friendly and informative. ONLY negative was the room key card was touchy. they warned us so not a big deal but at least two other guests had issues. one was very frustrated.

clean, quiet, close to restaurants, convenient to travel in and out.

They sold my room, after I told them I was going to be checking in early morning. Money gone. My children and I had to sleep in the SUV.

Overall, the experience was fine. When I went to breakfast they were out of almost everything. No bread, bagels, potatoes, milk . . . and that was disappointing since I planned my morning to have breakfast there and didn't have time to stop somewhere else.

Clean hotel, well kept, friendly staff, absolutely dog friendly. In a business park area and near a cemetery, so the area doesn't have much to offer, but a convenient and direct ride into the Chicago west suburbs.

Great public transport links (watch out for Sundays), comfortable rooms, excellent 24/7 fitness center, helpful and friendly staff.

We were in town for a family event. Very nice clean motel. The associate checking us in was very professional and helpful.

Disappointed that promised restaurant capabilities did not exist. Disappointed that a microwave was not in the room.

Limited staff, never replaced towels or cleaned room when requested

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly, the only downside is the distance from the hotel to downtown, with traffic it could take 45 minutes- 1 hour. We knew the hotel was a distance from the city, and chose to book due to the affordable pricing. There is also a Giordianos right down the road!

Had a great time

I liked that A/C unit had an option for continous fan with or w/o heating or cooling. Also had both room darkening and sunscreen shades to use as needed. Much better food than I expected from a counter order setup.

The staff were extremely friendly, the room decor was unexpextedly pleasant, and the location was perfect to where the event was located. One thing is that the floor in the bathroom and the hair dryer were not cleaned. There were only two small towels in the room to shower with where most hotels have 4 to use. Overall I really liked the hotel and would go back should we attend another event in that area
