Rooms were large and very clean and comfortable. Only draw back to this property is they do not have an elevator.

At first they gave us a key and someone was in the room. The hotel over sold this room and did not have a room for us. The staff was rude with us about it and said there was nothing that they could do. I had to ask them to try to trouble shoot the issue and they are yet to fund the charge and did not even follow up to apologize. It was a terrible experience and horrible customer service. I had to contact Expedia to get my money back.

When checking in I was told we had a second floor room and there was no elevator. I have a bad back and was not happy to have to lug my suitcase up the stairs. It wasn’t like I had a choice as to staying or not, since every place I checked was booked up. I had to take to room.

Stayed here while working in Bagley (approx 30 min drive away), really just needed a place to sleep. I read some reviews that it wasn't clean or needed updates, but we did NOT find that to be the case. The room seemed like it was fairly new/updated, VERY comfortable bed and pillows. We were on the main floor not too far from the lobby, but never heard loud noise and slept great. Overall the place was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast options offered.

The AC unit was VERY loud. The bathroom door was warped and didn’t close. The beds were uncomfortably hard. The window in our ground floor room did not lock. No alarm clock or clock of any kind in the room.

The room could use some uplifing!! Wall AC unit doesn’t work well and the room smells like dirty feet!!! Bed was comfortable and sufficient towels were provided!!!

The staff was incredibly helpful even after a long flight and getting in late!

The property was well kept, rooms were decent and my grandchild loved the pool.

Older building. Room was small. Hotel smelled of tobacco. They had a nice pool area but no pool towels available. Continental breakfast was subpar. Overly expensive at the time I booked. The staff were nice. The printer was EXTREMELY slow at the front desk.

Hotel is older but the room was comfortable and great for the price.

Tiniest room ever! My suitcase could barely roll between the end of bed and desk, less than 2 ft of space. Bathroom was a squeeze! Sink might have been an afterthought tucked into the corner with tap set too far back. Water ran onto countertop if not on full pressure.

The room was not ready for 2 hours after check in at 3. The entire hotel was filthy. Our room smelled terrible, had food on the floor in the bedroom, had hair all over the bathroom. There was food all over the floor in the pool room and mold floating in the hot tub. While we were in the hot tub the maintenance man came and put chemicals in while we were in there. Had to ask for towels for pool and for shower as they never made our room up even though we requested it. When brought to their attention they just shrugged their shoulders and said short staffed. This is unacceptable for a hospitality service.

This motel is OK, but it does not live up to best western standards. The first issue was after check-in, which was friendly right at the bottom of the stairs leading to the second floor was a large cart containing linens. Once you were up on the second floor, there was a huge pile of dirty linens from that day that were occupying part of the hallway. And this unit only had stairs to access the second floor and nowhere in the description. Did it say that. My wife happens to have a minor handicap and she can walk fine with a cane, but stairs can be an obstacle. One I want to have a glass of water in the room I discovered that there was neither glasses nor an ice bucket to access the ice machine in the lobby. When I talk to the manager on duty, she proceeded to inform me that they were not required by best western to provide ice buckets in the rooms, they were no glasses. I have no idea, but I thought that was rather ridiculous. I had been traveling for business for 60 years and I have never encountered that scenario or that ridiculous answer. Aside from that unit was fine. The bed was comfortable. The unit is quiet and we had a pleasant night, but as I said for the price and for what you encountered with the linens and other things, I I don’t think it would worth the value.

There was no heat the room was cold. It was only 50 degrees out that night. We like using the hot tub when we travel and the hot tub wasn’t working. There was no hot food left and had to get the front desk to replenish. The staff was very nice thou.

Room was clean and comfortable. We went down for the breakfast during the published time. Most everything was gone. No plates, hot food trays were completly empty. Coffee was good but there were no lids. No staff caring for the area or at the main desk. The Country Kitchen Restaurant down the road was good.

The bed should be turned so people can get there bags on the other side of the bed without lifting them over the bed. And so it's easier to walk in between the dest and bed.

Everything was good with the exception of the hot tub. It was not hot and once we notified the staff they closed it down. Sad for us as we had five adults looking forward to using it after a long day.

Property is in need of updates. Training on cleaning. Short staffed, hockey team was there. No breakfast, super crowded, vending didnt work.

Location convenient but next to an intersection of highway so very noisy on that side of building.

Staff went out of the way to assist me.

The toilet tank in room #232 was leaking. Standing water in the bathroom. Housekeeping did not come the second day despite the card we hung on the door. I only wanted more Kleenex and more towels as we needed our towels to soak up toilet water in the bathroom. The breakfast was decent for hotel food. I know everyone is short staffed these days so it wasn’t a hill to die on for me.
