The room was pleasant. The check in was great and the gentlemen who checked us in was very polite and cordial.

Front desk guy borderline surly, clearly doesn't like people. Temp in room is preset by owners. Overall it's clear you are there for their benefit, they are NOT concerned about you.

Had to book a room last minute. It turned out being not so good. Room was hot. No adjustment to cool it off. They had a box fan but it was way dirty. Thankfully the night was cold but with the window open it was noisey. The brekfast was limited. No tv choices mostly info commercials. Glad it was for only one night.

Staff was helpful. Quiet room. Breakfast very limited to other continental breakfast I have had at other motels. The furniture was in bad shape with many stains and dings.

Pretty sure this is the same hotel I saw getting refurbished last year, yet it already looks old and in need of repairs. For instance, the tub faucet is cracked and floating away from the wall, and the the AC/heat controls are ancient and don't seem to work (yes, I read the instructions!). Otherwise, the dtaff were friendly enough and breakfast was okay.

The room had no individual a/c units, the system had been change to heat and our room was 80 degrees. we were told to open the window.

super close to everything but thats just moab anyways. beds were made every day. free breakfast. check in and out was fine. ac worked. no microwave in unit though, have to use one in the hallway. bed was comfy. totally fine place.

Our room was clean, the shower was great, and the air conditioner was working. The only two negatives were that the hot water tap squealed and the whole faucet moved when you tried to turn it on and the main over head light flickered…both things that we could work around.
The breakfast offered was very minimal we ended up going out for breakfast.

No AC in our room. Had to open the windows for the cool air but the traffic noise was constant til after 11pm and bright and early in AM. Missing a shower curtain & called desk once we noticed it. I was 3rd degree questioned about why I was just contacting them about it & why I didn’t notice it sooner. He finally brought one up. Our room was nice and big. Hot tub in middle of parking lot, on busy road was done nicely. Enclosed in nice deck with tall wooden walls to provide some privacy.

Expectations were low but even understanding that, the room was stinky (urine smell) and extremely noisy. Breakfast room was pretty bad.

Great option for an overnight stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming, answered all our questions. We were upgraded to a nice room with plenty of space for our honeymoon. The room was well equipped and furnished, could use a refresh to look a bit more modern but nothing shocking. The waffles for breakfast are a very nice touch. The hotel is quite close to the center by car (less than 5 minutes drive).

Not worth the Stay. Male night shift desk clerk was extremely rude. will not recommend anyone staying at this location.

I would not recommend this MOTEL. The pictures are definitely doctored and filtered. There are no elevators, only outdoor stairs. There is no pool, only a small caged in jacuzzi right next to the highway. The staff was less than excited to help.

* AC wasn't working.
* Lots of bugs in bed and everywhere in the room.
* CO/Smoke alarm was always beeping.
* Breakfast - When I called them, they mentioned that a "Free Continental Breakfast will be provided which includes sausage and scrambled eggs". When I skimmed, those were either not accessible or had run out.

Nice room. Lighting could be improved with a centralized ceiling light. Had two switches at the entry - never did figure out what the second one was for.
Do like the sink being separate from the toilet/tub. Nice to have a side chair in the room in addition to the desk chair.
Hoping breakfast meets our needs. Tomorrow will tell😊

We had a such a nice, big room, which has been difficult to find on our journey, with plenty of space for my husband and I, our three teenagers, and two dogs. There were some tiny beetles crawing around the room, but nothing we couldn't handle, and expected as much since we were in the mountains.
