The hotel tired but it was clean and we were not afraid that there was a dead body under the bed.

Anytime I come to Knoxville this is my place to stay. Clean and comfortable room, the staff are great. I will be back in a week or so.

Room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast had a great variety and was excellent. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great location central to most things. Great stay!

The room was clean, comfy and pretty quiet. The cleaning staff came in the next morning after our first night and changed out our sheets, cleaned the room and provided clean towels all while I straightened my hair and my husband watched tv. They were so sweet and efficient even with working around us.

This is the best value for $115 a night I’ve experienced in a while. A really clean, convenient and comfortable hotel, if you’re looking for basic but well managed accommodations. Room was really comfortable and it’s a good place for extended stays.

My bed was crooked, like napping on a hill. One of my bestie lamps strobed. Also, I woke up with what I hope is just a mosquito bite.
Highway noises aren't a big deal to me but if you want peace and quiet, don't pick a hotel near the highway. Honestly it's a fine hotel, if you want garbage pick something cheaper.

Clean huge room, comfy bed and pillows, great ac, your key always works, great service from staff and housekeeping, wonderful breakfast, always fresh hot coffee and fancy coffee and filtered water dispenser, plenty of carts to move your stuff, quick elevator and rooms smell fresh and clean. There was also adequate parking. Many places to eat and shop nearby. Very quiet❤️😁

This following statement would have made my stay much more enjoyable IF YOU HAD A SAFE IN THE ROOM LIKE MOST OTHER HOTELS.
I WAS ROBBED OUT OF ALL OF MY CASH, (NOT BLAMING YOU) A Lady friend friend had my other key thus emptying my wallet as I slept.
I had to check out early only spent a few hours at the hotel.
I HOPE THAT THE BILL REFLECTS THE AMOUNT OF STAY FOR ONE NIGHT INSTEAD OF MORE. CHECKED OUT 07/13/24 @ APPROX 3 AM.

super convenient location but older hotel with dated carpet and mismatched re- upholstered cushions of the sofa sleeper; roach crawling in bathroom along base of tub at 2 am, air conditioning not cooling enough, bed comfy but too soft for some, room seemed cleaned and breakfast was ready earlier than advertised which is good but unlikely we’ll stay there again… interstate highway noise and age
