I’m not going to stay at this hotel at all since the roof upstairs was leaking while I was in the hallway and got exposed. I’m sick because of been exposed. Water was dripping while I was walking in the hallway going to the breakfast area. One of the staff I met had very bad hygiene. I will never stay at this hotel anymore.

It took 20 minutes to check in.
Mold in the bathroom.
Ventilation fan didn’t work.
Air conditioning didn’t work well.
Bathroom ceiling had tons of water damage.
Wallpaper was peeling.
Room and bathroom were less than clean.
Ran out of food at breakfast.
They didn’t have any napkins at breakfast - I asked for some and they said they were out. Didn’t even have paper towel rolls. They should have just gone to the store RIGHT NEXT DOOR.
Just don’t stay here. The comfort in next door was cheaper and cleaner. We’ve stayed in motel 6 better than this.

The pool was bit cold and there were no pool towels available. Also not much space for non swimming family members to sit. Overall the staff, hotel and grounds were great!

Room was not very clean , there was a guy walking out back for some time looked like he was on a good amount of drugs.

There is no Microwave in the room, the sink didnt drain and ine if the beds appeared to have old makeup on it.

The bed was fantastic and we went to the mall nearby. Everything was great except the pool and hot tub werent working and they didnt have pepper for the morning breakfast.

The free breakfast was nice. The room was nice and comfortable as well.

The pullout was tiny. We were planning two kids sleeping on it but only one fit. Bedding also did not fit the pullout. The room had an odor to it. The bathroom was not vented with a fan which created mold. Breakfast was pretty well stocked though. Pool area was very small and everything echoed which meant my loud kids were even louder. The hot tub was not working but had a foot of water in it. Not my favorite place to stay.

Property was fairly nice and clean. Check in took some time as it took some time for a front desk person to appear. Then they told me my reserved room was not available (had reserved 2 queen beds) so offered me an “upgrade” to a king plus sofa bed. Online it lists the sofa bed as a double. It was not. It was a twin. For my family of 4 (2 teens) it was extremely uncomfortable to have 3 in the “king” which actually was a queen bed. I had reached out to Expedia CS but all they could offer me was a refund. I would’ve taken The refund but with softball and gymnastics events occurring in town it would be hard pressed to find what I needed and requested of this hotel. I’m not sure if it was Expedia who is at fault or the Marriot but it has made this stay uncomfortable and very very disappointing.

Loved the breakfast. We were disappointed that the pool area was not open. The rooms were very clean. The service was excellent.

Beds were rock hard pillows were flat and staff was ok but wouldn't accommodate our needs

Our room had no microwave although hotels.com said there was one. We also didn’t get the room we booked through hotels.com. I paid for a double queen and the hotel tried to put us in a handicapped king one bed, based on what hotels.com had sent them. The hotel was awesome though and got us a room we wanted. The staff was great, mattresses were a little hard but everything else about the room was good.

The staff was friendly when we checked in and the room was clean. Loved the roll in shower.
Breakfast was very good and had enough choices to pick from.
Location was great since we came for a show at the Toyota Center. The price was $133. This hotel is not modern but we were ok with the room.

THE ROOMS SMELLED LIKE DECOMPOSING FLESH LITERALLY. I AM SENSITIVE TO SOME STRANGE THINGS BUT, THIS PLACE MADE ALL OF THE HAIR ON MY BODY SYAND STRAIGHT UP.
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO THE GRIMM REAPER. MY PARTY AND I CHECKED OUT LESS THEN A HOUR LATER. WE TOOK A LOSS OF ALMOST $300.00'S. WE BOOKED A ROOM AT THE COMFORT SUITES IN KENNEWICK AND HAD A WONDERFUL STAY.

When we first arrived there was a barking dog next door; tried to change rooms but none was available. Did not hear the dog again until the morning. The iron did not work and the front desk said they had no more. My husband went to the front desk and asked if there was a spare room not being used with an iron and they brought that iron to our room. No wifi. The tv in the dining area was not working and the gal there said that they had been waiting for maintenance to come and fix it. Also the toilet when flushed continued to run water. My husband had to open the lid and fix it but it continued not to work each time it was used.

We stayed here several times, but this time our stay was disappointed. We could hear a dog barking and running up and down the room next door. And people talking loudly in the other side. All this was happening after 11 pm.

I need to be compensated for the way you handled my cancellation the day of my arrival.That is when I was notified when I arrived at the desk to the Hotel after driving 4 hrs.I email that I seen telling me that Marriott cancelled was after the fact.So our trip started out awfull we had to go to a different town and pay more to get a hotel

Bathroom needs more lighting it was too dark to put makeup on . There were no extra blankets or pillows for the pullout bed extra sheets were but they were all waddled up in a big plastic bag like they were just thrown in there .

There was dead flies on the window sill along with other live flies flying around room. I could empty candy wrappers in the night stand. Towels were stained. Bathtub siding was cracked. Carpet stained.
