Rooms not ready at the advertised check in time, numerous guests waiting around and had to leave to a pre arranged function having only got into their rooms for a few mins. Not good enough at these prices!

We had an amazing stay! Starting by Alex who nicely checked us in and gave us an upgrade (one living room between our 2 rooms) which was wonderful for our 3 night stay! Hotel is modern, beautiful, cozy! Nobu restaurant is always an outstanding experience! The neighborhood was great! Walking distance from nice restaurants, pubs and shops!

I arrived early and the check in was ok at first. Later when I came back to receive my room key I didn’t like the way the the situation was handled. The receptionist didn’t communicate at all, I didn’t know what was happening. Hotel at this level should be very customer friendly and that was not the situation here.
The room was on the lowest level and I didn’t really see anything from the window, so I kept the curtains shut all the time.
The AC was broken on the last evening of my stay and the room was freezing cold.
Since this is a 5-star luxury hotel and at this price, I think they have a lot to improve. There is a lot of better options in London at this price level.

Hotel nice. Rooms basic, tried to charge service charge on room at checkout (not clear on booking) dinner massively over priced and average. Breakfast a disaster. Coffee asked for 3 times. Filthy cup and just a total rip off for what it is. Far better 5 star hotels in london.

Solid overall. The bed was a bit soft for my wife and my taste, so we had back aches waking up … but maybe we’re 48 and old?
Food and drinks were awesome! Service at breakfast was a bit all over the place, with very infrequent check ins / ordering, etc …
Portman Square a super cool neighborhood. Awesome coffee shops and restaurants just steps from your hotel.

Understaffed and disorganised. Left me waiting at check in as only one member of staff at the front desk. Chased me for check out at 12pm even though late check out was agreed.

A disappointing stay at the Nobu. A queue at check in was exacerbated by one of the check in staff having a chat in front of said queue for over 10 minutes set the tone. No one offered to help with our bags despite a number of porters standing around.
Booked room with a balcony, the term should we used loosely given it barely had standing room and overlooked the remainder of the awful 70’s flats the hotel is located in (although on the inside you wouldn’t know). A disappointingly average hotel hence the average score. But service was the real problem with every interaction over our stay.

Spectacular hotel convenient for an overnight stay and exploration of London. Shared a beautiful twin room with my son after a visit to Wembley. Super clean room with great facilities. Excellent bedding and really comfortable beds. Great stop off point for us before our sightseeing the next day.

A relatively new property. Very clean with attentive staff. Only downside was the room doors are on the heavy side, therefore when it’s closing which makes a “boom” sound which woke me up several time during the nights and in the mornings.

Very enjoyable short stay. Professional and friendly service. How ever no mention of Hotels.com silver ties benefits were mention. I had to ask for available upgrade, and I had to ask about wine & gift in the room. Perhaps they would have brought it during turn down, but that’s now very helpful for a one night stay. Also we’ve stayed here on two occasions now and the shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor. We’d still stay here again despite.

Awful experience at check-in that helped to spoil the start of a family Christmas weekend in London.
Room for check-in was not ready at 7pm ! Not something you need after a 4 hour drive and a tired 2 year old! No apology, no offer to upgrade or any sort of compensation, not even a drink in the bar plus generally unhelpful front desk staff with attitudes...it was a pity because room was nice and hotel itself is very nice and conveniently located.
Thankfully great staff at Hotels.com stepped in to help make things right - well done Hotels.com!
