Great pool, clean hotel and close enough to Universal Studios to not drive far to get there.

We stayed there for 7 nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is easy to get to using Uber. The room and furniture are outdated.there are plenty places around for breakfast lunch or dinner - Cheese Cake Factory is only 10 minutes away.

I didn’t stay here. I appreciated they let me out of my reservation, there should be notice in reservation that the place is under remodel! I understand it needs to be done but no restaurant, waste material around and etc, customers should know this ahead of time.

Wasn’t what was advertised on Expedia the limo was covered in spider webs and dirt a 1/4 inch thick and a oil pan under it half the size of the limo with oil ever where under it

I enjoyed my stay, however, deeply disappointed that the stay did not include 2 water bottles as complimentary. I have never stayed at a hotel or resort without complimentary bottled water.

It’s horrible, I’ve been trying to contact you for the last three hours!. Thinking of canceling on my future trips at this point.

They stay was late Friday to Sunday. There was no ambiance, felt abandoned. The cafe/breakfast was not welcoming, and the rooms felt best western quality

This is my go-to spot every time I visit my friends who live in Sherman Oaks. The price to stay here is so affordable so it beats staying on their couch the entire trip. I’ve stayed at this hotel so many times that my friends joke that it’s “my house” every time they drive by. It has everything, great staff, great service, and great location. And the rooms are always clean and the best size. You won’t regret staying here, I promise.

Based on many bookings done, so far I have received great and positive reviews about the hotel. In summary, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the headquarters and is considered a good business hotel. Situated next to the highway, the hotel is clean but shows signs of aging in the rooms. While the lobby presents a more appealing atmosphere, the rooms appear a bit run down. The service provided is commendable, with attentive staff members. However, there is some noise from the nearby highway that may disturb guests. Despite having a balcony, it was sealed shut with silicon, which seems to be a standard feature in all rooms. The rooms come equipped with a fridge (empty), a coffee machine, and a few glasses. Unfortunately, water bottles are not provided and need to be purchased from the cafe/bar. The rooms feature carpeted floors and have dirty windows that are difficult to see through clearly. Great property and location.

Parking fee was not divulged before booking room. With the discount it’s $24 a day in their parking garage and very small spaces. Hotel is under renovation at this time. Beds were very uncomfortable. Air conditioners do not cool the room properly.

They were great. Elevators are being overhauled. Last day a second new one opened. I was very happy and comfy. The staff were kickass. The bargirls were amazing. The redhead with the tattoos who loves dragon movies needs a promotion and a raise.

This was a convenient location for my visit to Sherman Oaks. The room and hotel was nice overall.

Elevators out all weekend. Spent more time walking steps than resting. Whole place smells and is dirty. Staff was excellent but all they could do was apologize for the above and no one fixed the problems. Won’t stay there again.

Water pipes are really loud. when the person next to my room showered, the noise was so loud that woke me up. there was no shower curtain and that small glass door was not enough to keep the bathroom clean. water was everywhere when I finished taking a shower.

The location is great with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. But the property is showing its age. We stayed there during renovations that disrupted the elevator service. There were long waits and big crowds trying to occupy the small elevator cabins. I’d prefer a more contemporary hotel with the latest amenities.

The property had a pool, outside deck with a fireplace and a fitness room.

The hotel is going under renovations but other than that is was convenient for access to different areas where we needed to be . Staff was wonderful.

The room is nice, needs a slight update, but still. I stay here a lot. As in every eight weeks when I’m back in the area. Short walk to UCLA oncology. As a former resident of Studio City and thus the valley, this is well, the valley, and Sherman oaks is safe. Oh place has breakfast. I get the egg white dish. Very good. Servers are amazing.
