Walls are paper thin.Could hear people out side and the halls at late hours. There was a noise sounded like something rolling back and forth. Think it was the elevator but it was non stop!! Beds had only thinsheets no comforters Not worth the money

Property is a castle design, very unique, safe area good staff and parking is easy.
I would recommend a rental car to get around the area, or take an uber.
Great town w/ food in Denville, NJ (12 mins car ride away). Small town with drink and food options.

This resort is very pleasant but the only con is zero dining options till 4:00pm

They didn’t have water from midnight. We came back at 11:45 and found no water in the room. We needed water for washroom and to get fresh. Front desk was good and offered us bottle of water but it was not sufficient so we had to check out at 12:30am to go sleep somewhere. Initially they told cold water will be available but at midnight they shut off both the hot and cold water for maintenance.

This hotel is very dated inside, everything is painted or brown and that feeling is not clean. Carpets in room very stained. The bed and bedding was comfortable and all good. So, it was something tolerable but I would not stay again. Also, hotel amenities (pool, hot tub) in overuse by local programs - guests could not enjoy. Staff very friendly and supportive to address no hot water in shower. Needs updating but location/price is excellent.

The shower was ice cold. The room was nothing like it stated. The indoor pool chlorine was so strong we were coughing just sitting there.. its very old and just not up to par for the price we paid. For 250 a night and the 8 weddings that happened (3 days) while we were there , they definitely shoukd be putting money in to updating this hote

The shower handle fell when turned water on to take shower
Mold on bath ceiling and strong odor of mold gave me a headache I had to stay with friends.
In 7 days stay room got cleaned twice.
Staff were unhelpful and no manager contacted me even though I asked for one.

Got to my room after midnight. Tried to shower before bed. Faucet knob was completely frozen. Bldg engineer came. Forced it open. Said it was recurring problem.
Engineer was very friendly and apologetic.
Took shower. Tried to turn the water off. Could not. Water ran all night.
Unrelated: next morning no hot water in entire bldg. cold shower. Asked hotel mgr to refund my money. He said he could not because booked through third party (Trivago)

I stayed for one night. Check in was super quick and the staff at the front was friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

We had a long day of travel. Check in was quick. Our room was wonderful! The bed was so condo and the pool and hot tub soothes our weary souls.

We decided to have a quick staycation and selected the Sheraton for to its outside pool. We were pleasantly surprised to learn there was an indoor pool as well. The staff was super accommodating I would visit again

The hotel needs to bring back room service now that the pandemic is over. My wife and I were forced to go downstairs for breakfast, we opted to eat upstairs, but there were no trays to take the food back upstairs.
The staff was unable to serve us, so I do not blame the staff. However, they give us a check, and there was a space for gratuities if it is self-service it is pointless to pay Gratuities for nonexistent service.
The Sheraton Parsippany was a huge disappointment, compared to the days before the pandemic.

Their cleaning staff were standing at the door the morning we were to check out at 10 am! With no place to move or even come out.

Stayed there recently and my significant other has horrible allergies. I showed up thinking they would have cleaned the room again however they comped us an even bigger room at the end to keep him comfortable. Had a wonderful stay

Didnt get the room i booked. I booked a king suite i got a double bed room. Also they was a very inconveniencing fire alarm at 7am I feel should be some compensation for.
