Great location for walking to attractions and public transportation; Bueno Park Metrolink not far.
Neighboring construction site in limbo status also a plus regarding noise and traffic issues.

Parking lot hidden fees it’s separate from the reservation! Next time to make reservations you have to worry where you park your vehicle!

We stayed here for a family trip to Knotts Berry Farm. It was a perfect hotel for the price. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable and it’s only a 15 min walk to Knotts Berry Farm.

The staff seemed not to know when breakfast was, gave us different times then different staff that worked the restaurant didn’t seem to know which quantity for cold and hot in the morning.
Also the think the manager would have morning team work meetings and would talk so loud, it seems they could have used one of there conference rooms.
Last thing outlets were not working

Just stayed one night so not much to say. The checkin did take over 30 minutes though. More than 11 people in line and only one person. Checking people in. That could’ve been a lot smoother if there were more people checking customers in

Nice place. Parking should be free. This is the first hotel in buena park that i have had to pay for parking. Ive stayed at the other Marriott in the area and they do not charge for parking.

Loved the easy check-in and lots of parking. Common courtyard area in the center with the pool and areas for sitting and relaxing was very nice.

Service was terrible, towels in room looked used, we called front desk asked for more towels, after 20 minutes. I decided to go down to the front desk. Front desk told me they were limited on big shower towels, on a Friday really. The rooms were out dated and smelled like mold, no fan in the bathroom, just a terrible experience. For $200 a night you’re just paying for convenience for the restaurants and Starbucks and knotts nearby. Maybe the Marriot nearby would be a better experience. I think the courtyard Marriott are a low tier. The Marriott that are NOT labeled courtyard Marriott are up to standards.

Not used to paying for unsecured parking. A good many of the hotels I stay at provide free breakfast. This one did not.
But that is California. It has become way too expensive for the middle class person. But for business and friends, I would never set foot in the state again and I was born in Los Angeles.

The room was very clean and comfortable, I felt safe n secure. The view out my sliding door of the pool Awsome. Pool area has nice area for bbq , swim , gated, near pool area for evening time is a fire pit with chairs all around. Inside lobby area has big tv and fireplace plenty of seating. Also breakfast is great !!! Staff very professional, no pets allowed.

I stayed for an overnight weekend trip in a king bed room. Room was clean and the AC was amazing, especially because of the hot weather outside. I wasn't aware parking was not included in the room price so that was a minus for me. It was a nice place to get a good night's sleep before leaving early the next day.

The service was great all front desk clerks were friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and had all the essential things.

Overall property was good, however with the small trash cans in the rooms they should probably have bigger trash cans in the halls maybe by the entrances or on the outside by the entry doors.
Also the swimming pool area has quite a bit of spider webs on the furniture. These should be cleaned often especially in the summer. Also the towels were out of stock in the pool area, even after notifying the front desk.
The staff was very nice.

Ladder in hallway 2 days in a row almost ran into it because its right by my room, noisy on the 2nd night understandable when coming in from having fun but 3:30am, 4:30am, 5:30am 6:30 am no

This hotel was great, but for the noise. All three nights I was awakened by slamming doors and yelling from other rooms. I ended up sleeping with noise canceling headphones on and it was still loud.

Checked in went to my room lady was still cleaning it said another 30 minutes was given another room got situated in there only to be told that there sorry that the room is taken too that there moving me again to a different room got to that room found a big cockroach in there and my daughter got bit by something will not be back only got a coffee for the bad experience was not be able to be discounted or refunded to to me booking with a 3rd party will not be visiting again

Lovely property and stay. Close to everything in the area. Knott’s berry, an inflatable bouncing land. Big air trampoline park, a Walmart dollar tree. Lots of food options. Will stay again.
