I was checked in for my 4 night stay by a lovely lady, who advised the heating unit in my allocated room wasn’t working, offering another room or extra blankets whatever I would prefer. My room on the 6th floor had a balcony & view of the hillside & harbour and although the decor is dated, was clean & tidy.
The daily breakfast was fantastic! A menu of cereals, toasts, muffins, hot food, waffles or pancakes, juices, hot drinks continuously stocked by staff on hand.
The venue has a good location, not too far from downtown. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, enjoyed my stay.

Ive stayed at this hotel twice before and it was fine. This time though the heating for the rooms was down the entire time and breakfast is still a Covid (plastic utensils, paper plates) variety.

There’s no heat cause the broiler is down. The hotel did send an email to offer cancellation. I didn’t because there’s hot water. Outdoor pool is nicely heated and there’s hot tub. All in all it’s a nice stay.

Hotel was good, service was good. Only issue was our shower was broken and unusable after a day out. Took a number of back and forth trips for maintenance to get it usable and it was really inconvenient

The check in was ok. The second lady that helps us was super family and polite. The lady the check us out was rude after we complained that the shower did not work. She stated that we needed to turn and pull the water button super hard almost as we were going to break it. It should not have to be that hard to take a shower. She then said if you want go back and take a shower you still have time. We were already checking out. I just found the whole experience unprofessional with her

Bedbugs. I stayed two nights and got a lot of bedbug bites on the second night. I know that bedbugs are really hard to get rid of. But still I got about 20 bites and they are so itchy.
Other than bedbugs, the hotel was generally okay. The location is good. Its parking lot is very nice and convenient. Staffs are good. Property condition is not good but okay.

We have stayed her a couple of times before and will always stay here when in San Diego. Though they don't have airport transfer they do have cruise port transfer. Very handy. nice places to eat nearby.

Great hotel, everything was great only thing that made this not 100% amazing was the water pressure in the shower is slow not strong, and there is no air flow or ventilation in the bathroom. There was no signal on the tv for many channels, mainly news & sports channels worked. Room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast is really good with many different choices, probably best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Area is really nice and comfortable. Had no problems whatsoever.

Arrived at 2:05 PM exhausted and the lady said No check in till 3. I walked around for an hour and when I returned there was 6 people ahead of me. The room was freezing and the AC unit was blasting and could not turn down or off. There was no hot water in the room. Very disappointing !

Lot of staff. Nice for a change. Busy hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. Surprising. Balcony was to hot to go outside. Sunny side. Cold be loud outside. Street busy. But great hotel otherwise.

Property wasnt well maintained. Hot tub was broken. Room ac was inefficient and brought in a repair man but still wouldnt cool well. Poor job in flooring so water is seeping through the floor seams. Makes me worry about mold and other things being band aid fixed. Breakfast was decent, location was reasonable convenient. Staff was kind. Owner just needs to invest more in maintenance and upkeep

The 2nd floor room we had faced the harbor and we enjoyed being able to open the sliding door to get some fresh air. The breakfast was tasty and started at 6am which was great because we are early risers. This location was near several good restaurants and the parking on site was included with the room. The pool was the right temperature for a warm day.

sooo beautiful because it’s by the pier just walk literally across the street and you’re at the pier. it’s close by so many restaurants.

Our overall stay at this property was good. The location is across the harbor, we were given a lower floor room so the view was not as great. The property and rooms are older, but relatively clean. The rooms were spacious, however there was a strange smell, possibly from the AC. Our TV did not work, they came to fix it but again was not working. The positives of the property were the kind housekeeping staff, my parents enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast which had a nice variety of items. The major negative was that you hear the street and pool area noise in your room and that the entrance to the lobby was very confusing. It is not convenient for bringing in your luggage.
