Friendly staff, great location. Road and airport noise but quieter overnight.

Room was fine, I wish the gym would be open before 6AM to allow gym, breakfast and an early morning departure/meetings. Great location, convenient. Nice service!

This was a satisfactory budget option for a one night stay. I would probably seek a higher level of accommodation if I were making a vacation of it.

Good location. Room vakue for money. Parking free and lots of space. Breakfast choice limited and felt rushed.

Was not able to make the trip and also was never able to cancel my reservation. Everytime I went on the app to cancel my reservation. It said they could not find mine.

Clean. Friendly, attentive staff. Comfy beds and quiet rooms. Was great for our needs of sleeping and getting ready. Loved the free parking and the free breakfast as well.

A great place to stay for visiting San Diego. We loved the location. Close to all the activities that we did. Zoo, Sea World, USS Miday, and beaches. It is an older property, but the staff was very good and the breakfast was nice.

Great location outside of downtown SD. It was a quick and cheap uber ride to Seaworld, Balboa Park, Gaslamp District, the Marina and several beaches.

While our stay was amazing during the duration, as we were packing up we noticed a bed bug on the bed. We didn’t see more than one and we killed it (it was full of blood) as we are driving home my partner has noticed a lot of itchy bumps on their arm. I’m writing this review in hopes to inform management. We plan to now completely bed bug spray our entire luggage when we arrive back in AZ. The hotel staff was sweet, I wish we had a chance to let them know in person, but we were really hoping it wasnt going to come to itchy arms and legs. The stay was good but we obviously are not very happy the end of our vacation has left with health concerns. I wish we would’ve caught one on our first night and not the last morning. Feels gross to have been possibly sleeping in a bed dug infested bed.

The property is expensive for what you get: modestly small room, small microwave, small fridge, no wash gel except small motel soap, limited space in room, small TB, & crowded breakfast room. We had 4 nights but after the first night we moved to TownePlace by Marriott for the other 3 nights.

We stayed here for 1 night and it was perfect. The marina is right across the street with restaurant options and it is 10 minutes to the airport. Perfect for what we needed.

Rooms were clean and balcony was nice. Beautiful view of harbor. Everyone loves to be be near water. Not far from downtown. I will be back

The beds weren't that comfortable but the breakfast was great and location to sea world and the zoo is perfect. Free parking was a plus and the marina was across the street with two great restaurants. Ralph supermarket up the street is a plus and down the street is winchells donuts best donuts ever!

The room was really big compared to other hotels but could have had better furniture for sitting besides one chair and an office type chair. It could use a decorator update considering the price. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was better than most and the changing menu is nice for people staying multiple days. There was plenty of help in the breakfast room. The entry from the parking areas was awkward with steps leading down to the door and steps leading up to the same door with a small landing. You had to be careful when arriving at the door at the same time or someone could get knocked down the stairs. Getting out of the door with suitcases and onto the tiny landing was tricky. Don't know if that can be fixed to make it safer. Automatic sliding door maybe? Could have had more help at check-in time because the lone staff member was swamped. Not his fault and he was polite and friendly. Overall, we would stay there again.

Great location. Loved the large room and balcony. General TLC could be given to some parts of the place and our AC was totally inadequate. We had maintenance come, and he was friendly but not helpful. Luckily the city isn’t too hot, but it was muggy in our room the whole time. Good but crowded breakfast. Slowish Wi-Fi.

The only thing that needs improvement is breakfast selections.

Close to San Diego airport for a quick nights stay before a flight. Restaurants right across the street. Reasonably priced for a safe, clean, no frills hotel.

I arrived early. Could not check in. I understand. 3 or 4 others arrive early, not allowed to check in. AT THE MAGIC HOUR OF 3 PM, suddenly all rooms are available. I find out hard to believe 5 maids finished only five rooms at 2:59! Why can't rooms be made available ás the maid finishes them?

I recommend it.

The room was nice a clean. The breakfast was delicious. staff friendly.

Hotel states ALL rooms have balcony and we were given an ADA room with no balcony and even worse could not open our curtains as the pool was right outside our window and people were sitting at the table there. Really wanted a balcony. Room could be updated and bathroom retitled. Breakfast was ok but very crowded. Beds were very hard and not comfortable

Enjoyed the stay here. They put out a very good breakfast spread. There’s a few restaurants within a short walk. And very close to some nice Pacific Coast scenery.

Room was small. Bathroom sink countertop space is tiny. Not enough room to put your toiletries. Breakfast was non-edible.

We hace stayed there plenty of times, close to the airport and shops
