Thanksgiving trip home. I liked that the hotel shared a parking lot with MIller's Ale. We went there a few times to unwind.

Property is older and needs renovations. The parking lot was like car swap meet at night which was very loud. And I was charged three dollars to park although I never registered a car or asked at check-in if I was parking a car.

The staff was friendly and polite. The hotel is a little aged but is clean. Had to get the key card to our room redone 3 times in 2 days, it kept not working. Service at the breakfast bar was fast and polite but they seemed like they were rushing me, food was good.

The staff were professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and the mattress was the best for a comfortable nights sleep. There was a mini fridge that came in very handy , but unfortunately no microwave. The location of the courtyard willow grove was very handy and accessible right at the turnpike. The grounds were rundown and the pool again was not able to be used , the same as last years stay. The sliding glass doors were filthy and someone previously wrote “clean me” on them and it was still there. The lounge chairs were all unusable as the material was rotten and the chairs should be removed to prevent injury. Our courtyard room had no chairs to sit on outside and most were missing from other rooms. We had brought our own lawn chairs fortunately. We ended up with some flood soaking our floor from the bathroom to the door. Overall, I was disappointed and it wouldn’t take much to bring it back to a wonderful hotel as the name is Marriott.

We were told the pool was open but in fact the pool filter was not working properly. The water was overflowing. And the hot tub was marked closed. The pool area had no towels and there was some litter on the pool deck.
Neither the phone in our room nor the pool worked properly.

It wasn’t great. It was dated, and many of the “perks” either kept weird hours or was somehow broken. The front desk staff was incredible, and this is clearly a Marriott issue and not a staff issue. It’s like the company forgot about this property and it’s an after thought. The hotel is very dated and housekeeping will take short cuts that are noticeable (dirty tv, blood stain on bathroom door, dirty shower) I found out they only clean rooms once every other day which means this small staff had to work extra hard. I probably won’t stay here again, it is by no means worth the price that I paid.

I didn't like that the paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling. I didn't like that online displayed a stand up shower unit in the bathroom and in reality it was a shower tub combo. I didn't like that the refrigerator was not working. I didn't like that I had to call the front desk about eight times prior to them answering to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa. The bedding was then sent to the wrong room 223 instead of 233 originally and then took about forty minutes to be delivered.

I choose this hotel based on its amenities and it lacked in so many ways. Whirlpool didn’t work. Pool was disgusting. Fire pit didn’t work but we got conflicting answers from different employees. The door to the hotel room was stuck and we couldn’t get out. Staff was rude treated its guests like children. There was a huge disturbance from the room next door and the hotel took hours to settle whatever was going on. I usually choose another hotel but it was booked up. I will never choose this place again.

Elevator didn’t work Tv didn’t work and i parked in handicap and i have plates and walk with a cane i walked out of my car where i was parked by handicap and guest on 2nd floor threatened me told me I wasn’t handicapped why was i parked there at 10 at night i was truly shocked and scared by that no noisy people banging on doors at 1 am never again

Stayed 4 nights and room was only cleaned once. And having it cleaned once required me to visit the front desk three times. Each time their response “I notified housekeeping and they will be cleaning your room soon.” Soon ended up being ~40 hours later. Also the pool area is not very nice and rest of property is in poor condition.

Initially my room card was not activated. Returned to desk and concierges corrected error and walked me to outside door and room door to ensure activation. Room was clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service Sunday morning — checkout day. Exemplary front desk staff at all hours.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and everything was fine, Not this time. No AC in lobby where breakfast is served. Could not get the door open on two tries, staff had to open for us. AC unit in room could not be controlled by thermostat so room was very cold. AC unit was leaking water all over the corner of the room. No body wash in shower. Only elevator out of order in the morning.

1st floor room (112) sliding door did not lock and screen had been cut at the place where the lock was.
Upon check-in, we were not made aware that water would be shut off Monday morning at 9am. Management needs training.

I had chosen this property over other properties since it had a pool and a sauna. When I checked in and was ready to enjoy the amenities I noticed that the whirlpool was taped off as they were doing service and was informed that the whirlpool sauna will not be usable and also the door to the pool entrance could not be opened with the room key so the pool wasn't accessible either.
The kitchen was out of order, so there was no breakfast to be served except for pre made muffins/ and unhealthy snacks. The little sad looking coffee maker in the room was not working. The keys to get into the hotel was not functioning and after parking the car we had to go to the front lobby to enter the building.
For $400 for 2 nights, and the fact that the propety is a Marriott property, I was expecting just a little more.

There were no sheets for the pull out, there was garbage under the pull out the fell all around when we opened it. When I called for sheets no one ever came. No one cleaned our room. Overall felt dirty at this hotel.
