not the greatest. bathroom sink and toilet were so low to the floor. Sofa bed was weird and uncomfortable. no pillow case provided.

My room was spacious and the beds were comfy. I did find a dead bug behind the door and hair in the tub but overall it was nice.

Room was poorly designed with 60 inch tv on wall RIGHT BY THE BED! Only one washcloth in bathroom and toilet bowl was stained and appeared dirty. Sitting areas outside were dirty with cigarette ashes and butts strewn about. The curtains in the room would not close completely so we had to pull them and wad them up to cover the window at night. Different idividuals were sitting in the hall by the elevator (we were told it was security placed there to monitor the activity of someone who had checked into the hotel six months ago and would not leave). This hotel did not come close to meeting the standards we expect from a Marriott property!

The front desk folks were great. However, one of our rooms smelled distinctly like cat urine. It was late, we had two adjoining rooms, so we reported the smell but didn't demand a new room. This is not really a quick overnight stay kind of place - it's for extended stays, which we didn't do. I wouldn't stay here again for the kind of traveling we do.

Extremely comfortable 2-bedroom suite for our family stay after a day at Sesame Place. It is a little further away, but the price makes the drive worth it. We were even supplied with two cribs, per our request. It was only a one night stay, but could’ve easily stayed there for a week with all the space.

My stay was great overall. Although there were certain cracks and corners that could be a little cleaner, overall I was more than satisfied with the cleanliness. My only complaint is that the internet and tv were not super reliable. I was not able to hook my work computer into the tv screen hdmi port because only one of them was working. At one point, the tv stopped connecting to the internet all together so I could not stream.

Weather was nice and hot! However, the room was any and bug infested. Then switched to another room and mold was all in the bathroom, tube and smelled like smoke! Showed a pool when making a stay but it looked like it never been used or cleaned! It had a nasty smell coming from it!

My experience was good with two exceptions. Breakfast was horrible. I prepared food in my room. There was insufficient handicapped parking. I had to park on the side roadway then received a warning note that my car would be towed. Where I parked was not in a yellow painted curb area.

Marriott Horsham charges 10$ parking fee per day which was shocking. I am not sure why they charge it is in a remote area and have enough parking spots.

Facility was well kept. Number of residents living there had dogs. The first floor of bee had numerous dogs barking in rooms. Parking was a little congested near the buildings. I would assume it’s due to multiple people living in one room. Other than that, the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Floors were not swept. Every time the AC kicked on it was very loud and woke everyone up. Room with pullout bed, wasn’t really a pullout bed. Would not stay again.

Didn’t receive the room we booked which was a more expensive room but the guy was so nice who checked us in & we told him this was a last minute booking since the other hotel refused a service dog he apologized so much about not getting us what we booked but we didn’t care cuz he made it worth while

Unfortunately there was an issue with the hot water in my room. Morning 1, ice cold shower. That afternoon it was warm. Morning 2 ice cold shower. It was a problem with the plumbing valve. They gave me a key to the suite across the hall and I had to pack and move all my stuff. The staff were nice, but I requested a break on my bill and nothing was done. There are two things which are critical when staying away from home, a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Two out of seven nights they failed on 50% of what I needed.

The hotel is tired and worn. Bedding didn't stay on the bed while we slept. Uncomfortable and lumpy bed. Would not return.

Maid never came in 4 days. NEVER. NOT ONCE. LOYAL MARRIOTT CUSTOMER. Never have had a bad experience. Rooms always clean. Awesome customer service. Never a billing issue.. This Towne place Suites wasn't originally a Marriott property and it showed but you shouldn't be able to tell.
