I love the hotel but the service is kinda off because I ask for a towel for Friday and Saturday and I never got any coz it’s always out.it’s inconvenient

The rooms were great ,but what wasnt great was the service, the front dest attendent was rude his name is Daniel, we were in a villa and were not given room keys ,we were told we could use the hotel amenities even though we were off site ,but when we went to the pool and asked for towels he said we could only exchange towels ,i explained to him we were in a villa and had no towels to exchange, he was rude and said there were no towels to give. So i asked for a manager and he said there was no manager on side ,and when I questioned it he said oh yea hes right there 20 feet behind me ,so he called him over ,i explained the situation and he walked me over to get some towels and he did it with a smile, its unfortunate that Daniel doesn't value his job enough to be courteous to the hotel guest, we were there checking the hotel out ,for a wedding reception, unfortunately we will seek another location simple based on the treatment given by Daniel

So I wanted to give them a chance and make it right I stayed at this hotel arrived first day. Everything was great. Took my girlfriend for her birthday to get away for the weekend. I was given the option of paying cash for my room which I did and was told to give my card so they can, have a security deposit for the room I did that just to find out a week later I was never charged a security deposit and claim that gave them less than what I did Also claimed I gave Change with the bills that I gave them which was an outright lie, and when they checked, the cameras, saw that no change was given, and she still came up with excuses for her employees when I Talk to a manager Gave her a chance to make it right she said she’d give me a call back called numerous times. Never got a call back. Talk to her once.DONT PAY CASH because if your not careful and pay attention will rob u of some TERRIBLE MANAGERS/MANAGMENT/CUSTOMER SERVICE Forgot to add when I was talking to around the phone while she was reviewing the cameras she saw I did not give no change she saw I gave them bills big bills at thatc And still said the best she can do is give me $100 off my Next stay Crazy to think I would stay again especially after this The only upside were the housekeepers very nice people

The mineral pool water feels great and 24 hour access is convenient for anyones schedule. However, the pool area needs upgrades, old chairs to sit on, ponds around the pool were not maintained and full of dark water. To some extent we expected families and children in the pools but after a particular hour we were told children were not allowed. That wasn’t true and there wasn’t any staff really present during the day or evening hours to monitor. Just a lifeguard during the day. When I consider mineral pools I think that a cleaner pool area and more serene environment would be expected for relaxing. It was hard with multiple speakers blasting music in every direction and parties going on that took up the hotter mineral pools that I would have like to enjoy also. Again no one was monitoring and this is the primary selling point for the hotel. There are no pool stations to switch out used towels and If you are lucky like us, you happen to walk by three housekeepers who pointed to the next person to switch them out for you. Regarding our room, the space was large but the air conditioning unit was old and very noisy! The rooms could also use upgrades. For the price you are paying I was expecting more from at least the pool areas and monitoring to allow all guests access.

Carpet, and throughout the entire buildings , there is a need to paint, replace and install newer commodities.

Came here for the weekend and we had an amazing time. Staff was friendly, the pools were open 24 hours and we had a great time night swimming.

The stay is always pleasant!

We got there Friday evening. Room was ready but we had to turn AC on it was very hot in the room. Pool was very dirty and cloudy. Waited till after 10 pm to go back out children running around still when they aren’t to be out after 10. Beds very hard and uncomfortable . There was no hot water in the shower. Saturday the pool was still dirty. I saw other people staying there cleaning out the pool with the net.

Drunk college age men, one urinated right next to the main pool, almost falling in, staff saw him and walked away (around 1-2am) Second one was literally masterbating on the lounge chairs next to the main pool.

There was a water bug in the tub when we arrived.

I been coming this hotel every time having good time but after Covid the towels is short and very old everything needs some cleaning especially the big pool

It's probably because of the fact we went out of season that the place was really not up to par. Few people on staff. Pool was filthy before I called to complain, dirty dishes out in the hallway, and one of the elevators smelled like cat p*ss and still had advertising for entertainment from the spring. Channel guide they gave not accurate. Ice machines broken. Food okay, massage was great. Not very convenient to Palm Springs and the area is kind of working class

the pools temperatures were great. it was super quiet and relaxing at the pools. only thing that got on my nerves was the guest in the room next door to me. i could hear them talking all night long! i've stayed here several times and i have never heard other guest in the rooms next door. none the less my stay was pleasant my daughter's enjoyed the pools. see you again next summer miracle springs spa

The pools here are wonderful. The property has that slight 'trapped-in-time' feeling but for the value it was a good place to rest and soak at night.

Very relaxing and easy to just stay right there with the on-site restaurant. The pools are great and make for a nice way to unwind. Highly recommend and will be back!

I am a frequent patron of the hot springs. Brought family from Australia. Upon check in advise time frame for kids and adults in the pool. Did not get a chance to spend in the pools. Noise, music kids and adults screaming until 3am, pools were dirty and merky. ALL ice makers not working it was 117degrees. Myseld as well as other adult patron went to front desk to complain about noise and kids in pool after hours nothing was done. Made complaint next day all we got was sorry. Your business survives on patrons like myself and many others that were there that night as we see each other when we are there. Doubt we will be coming back.
