Great hotel! Very clean and comfortable. I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.

Outdated dingy rooms.. good breakfast on Sunday morning.. staff was wonderful! Worked for the night in a need now basis but needs a facelift head to toe... Pool was excellent but hot tub was bath water warm

The evening front desk staff person was super helpful, she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and I really appreciated her, she was fabulous!

Facility not maintained properly. Poor service. Expensive for the quality offered. There are real good options in Jeff City for this price.

Clean, large room, great shower water pressure, breakfast above average, waffles! TV problems, no guide, too difficult to navigate! Facilities were clean

Bed and floor were dirty. Had to switch rooms late in the evening.

Really not the staff's fault that the room above us made constant sounds of pounding on the floor that were so loud that the walls shook. When we retired for the evening just past 10pm I thought for sure the noise would subside, but at 11:15pm it was still happening, so I called the front desk. The front desk person called back after a short time to lest us know he had talked to someone in the room. About 15 minutes later it finally quieted down. Again, not the hotel staff's fault, but we had intended to get a goods nights rest rather than getting up early and driving 120 miles to our early morning meeting.

Clean and good location

The property was clean and the staff were all amazing.

The door handle and locks were loose room door.

This hotel was very nice for the price. The rooms were very spacious. We had two queen beds, but I did think they placed one of the beds too close to the AC unit. Overall Very nice and very clean. We didn’t have time to swim, but I saw the pool and it looked decent. The breakfast was amazing to me. Had a wide variety.

This is our second stay here and it was even better than the first. All staff members we interacted with were super nice. It’s not a brand new building but they have kept it up quite well. The room was spacious with a separate sitting area , giving a family of 4 plenty of room. The room was clean and the beds very comfy. Only down side was the pillows are very small. They are about half the size of a regular pillow. So 4 pillows per bed was more like 2 regular ones. You might be able to ask for more, we just didn’t realize it until bed time and didn’t feel like going to the front desk. Bathroom clean and updated with toiletries if you need them. As well as a hair dryer if your forget yours. Nice large tv with cable stations ( the smart tv functions do not seem to work however) A mini fridge to keep your drinks. Last time we stayed the hot tub didn’t work, but this time the pool was super clean and hot tub was working. We had a nice enjoyable time with both. I think it’s awesome that they have special chairs to allow disabled individuals to use the pool and hot tub. The breakfast is really great. A large selection of hot and cold food, ( hash browns, sausage, eggs , French toast sticks, biscuits and gravy) what my kids loved the most was being able to make your own waffles with all the toppings. Plenty of hot and cold drink choices . We have decided this will be our regular place to stay when up visiting family.

Just to preface, we got in late so I just made due. The bed was broken so I kept sliding towards the headboard. The carpet was sticky in the room. The hot tub was murky and barely room temperature. I didn’t address the concerns until check out though because we were only there for like 12 hours. Front desk was super nice and I can’t say if the issues were addressed because we checked out right away.

Purpose of visit was to attend graduation at the University of Missouri in Columbia. No rooms available in Columbia. Accommodations were exceptional and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was overbooked & did not have a room for me.

This hotel is exactly fine, no more, no less, and for the sake of my business trip it met my simple needs of a place to lay my head at night. The room fridge leaked a bunch of water, the vents made a strange noise intermittently, the bed was far from the most comfortable, but other than a few nitpicky items I have no major complaints.

So quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet. Well cared for.

It was in an awkward location with an abandoned restaurant sharing the parking lot.

I travel often and most hotels seem to be dirty and not maintained the last 2 years. This stay was a pleasant surprise in every way. The room was very clean and updated. The pool and hot tub were heated, working and very clean. On departure, the breakfast was ready on time and had was all very good. I wish every hotel was as good as this stay was.

Wow, I selected this property based on the very high rating by others staying at the property. My experience was that the window air conditioner fan blew on high or not all. The interior curtain stood out from the window like a flag. Further, during the night, bugs Were sucked into the room and could be found on top of the bedspread next to the window and several on the joining bed. Discussed the issue when checking out with the staff clerk. Not interested in making a charge adjustment. I think folks making evaluations on these properties are lying or if faced with what I went through, just shrug their shoulders and move on. Lesson learned.

It was a very nice and clean room.

The beds/pillows were comfortable. Very quiet night's sleep even with a fully booked facility. The TV was difficult to find channels. (No printed guide in the info notebook.) Nice bathroom amenities. No USB charging ports anywhere, which is unusual nowadays in updated hotel rooms. Breakfast was good - nice selection of food. Bananas were super green/unedible (not the hotel's fault). Plain Lipton tea bags were bottom-rung - we'd appreciate a nicer brand like most hotels have at breakfast. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Only one elevator for three floors made for long waits in the morning with people going down to breakfast, back up to rooms, and checking out.

This was great for a quick overnight to Jeff City. Very comfortable bed and large room.

This hotel is always clean, quiet and always a nice stay.

The woman that checked us in was pleasant. We requested a room on the upper floor through the website, and she said there were no comments submitted, so had to change us from a ground floor room. Then she had to catch us as we headed up because the room she gave us still had someone in it. The room she moved us to was two queens rather than one king as we had chosen. It was too much trouble to complain about it and get another room. The room seemed clean enough, but was dusty like no one has been in there for awhile. The breakfast was good. I'm sure the woman at the counter would have ignored us at check out if I wouldn't have spoken to her.

The bed was comfy, but the pillows not-so-much. Breakfast was fabulous. Great location, but keep the fan running to drown out the highway traffic.

Everything was wonderful at the hotel. The only minor issue was that the sheet and one of the blankets in the bed had a couple small stains on them. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Check in was a little disorganized. Multiple people had been given the wrong code for their rooms. Front desk did not ask for a photo ID at check in. Sheets and comforter was stained 😳 Breakfast is as good.

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. My hotel room was clean and very quiet.
