Its convenient location is 5 minutes from the shopping center and 10 min from the city. Good price and breakfast included!

We actually didn't stay there as we originally set up the reservation for 2 night and when we got there we only needed one night, we were told at the front desk that they can not change the reservation due to it was from a 3rd party. I know for a fact that this is wrong as I myself work in the hotel industry, and as long as a reservation that is not paid for online but still is booked through a 3rd party company can be changed and modified by the hotel itself

Had a family wedding in town. Wasn’t at the hotel much, but very clean & comfortable. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice variety and hot options that varied by day. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else.

The room was very spacious and roomy. We were not impressed with the indoor pool area as the pool water was extremely cold. But other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Very nice property, Staff and cleanliness... I thought I was booking the hotel off the I-70 but it ended up being 30 miles south, it was scary driving the highway at 12;30 at night after driving 10 hours but happy we were able to sleep comfortably.

It was pleasant and comfortable. Not sure why we were charged $20 extra besides the amount paid for the room.
The equipment in the exercise room was not working on June 8th. An employee was able to start the treadmill for me. I took a brief break to use the bathroom and was unable to get the treadmill going again. I gave up on using the exercise equipment

For our first trip to Missouri, it wasn’t a hateful stay. The rooms were a bit outdated with no fridge or microwave & there was hair in the bathroom & on the couch. The location was within short driving distance to many restaurants which we appreciated. The free breakfast was also a nice bonus for us.

Clean hotel/room. Nice breakfast. I would suggest since it is a pet friendly hotel, to mandate that pet owners pick up their dog poop outside on their hotel property. We really had to watch our dog to make sure he did injest any of the waste or that we did not step in any. Where we live it is mandatory to pick up dog poop when on walks. That was our only issue. It is a nice place to stay.

The staff and facilities were great at this Hampton, as usual. I was surprised at check in about the $75 pet fee which is not mentioned on their website which clearly shows “pet friendly”. It’s fair to charge more for a pet in the room but I just think any extra fees should be stated before the customer books the room online.

Two night business trip. Nice area. Accessible to highway. Room not have a fridge or microwave, very disappointing. AC noise of metal rubbing metal.

The most positive aspect of this property is its close proximity to the destination I was visiting. The staff was also friendly and accommodating and the only unexpected surprise was a $20.00 security charge paid at check-in, but refunded upon check-out. I should also probably mention I wasn't overly thrilled by the view outside my window which overlooked the trash dumpster. Nonetheless, my stay was great overall.

We travel a lot. This was the first stay at a Hampton Inn. It was my fault I didn’t read the small print that there was no fridge in the rooms. Staff were friendly and room was clean. The no fridge really messed with us. The people in the room above us stomped around all night and there was a little dog down the hall that barked most of the night. I noticed there was a crack at the bottom of our door and you could see light and shadows of people walking by. I didn’t sleep well at all with all this happening. Sprinkler in room also looked like it fell apart. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here.

Horrible customer service. No mgr on duty to assist until 24hrs later. Had a family emergency and yet they still charged us (not even offering credit). Would not recommend this property.

This was a great place to stay for the one night we were there. The staff asked for my ID upon checking in which has not happened the last two hotels I've stayed in. I made it a point to tell them thank you because it was a reassurance to my safety. The room was quite large, clean and a great space to hang out.
