This hotel was an affordable option for staying in Branson and was in a great location for walking aound the historic part of town. It was clean, quiet and had free parking, however, the included
free breakfast was quite average in quality and selection. Although the room had a refrigerator and coffee maker, there was no microwave which was sorely missed. We would stay here again as it is a good value for the location.

Great value for being in the historic district for shopping and can walk to the landing down the street. Our beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was very very good.

Place is dirty and outdated. The bed mattresses were wore out it almost fall off of them when you lay in them. Cannot get comfortable at all. Always heard the noise from the street. Sound like the Indianapolis Speedway outside our door. Never again!

Terrible. Was not given the King room I booked, the blankets were stained and disgusting, was told the owner doesn't want to pay for breakfast so the only time they serve it is if his mom has anything extra (would be concerned about the quality of that).

Easy to find and get around. Didn't feel unsafe. The breakfast area was gorgeous! Can tell the hotel is making upgrades in many areas. Room smelled musty and was likely a former smoking room.

The room was seamingly clean but that’s all that really stood out about our stay. The door to our room would barely shut and the insulation around it was hanging off the top.
My wife went down to use the treadmill in the morning and all of them were broken… like seriously, all of them? The facilities were just mediocre. Same for the breakfast. With an hour to go there was 0 food left and it only barely got replaced by 10 am.

So impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility - rooms, pool and breakfast room. Breakfast was wonderful and kept fully stocked at all times - even close to 10 am ending. Recommend highly!

This property was clean to the best of their abilities. This property is a little dated. The property is convenient to the Landing in Branson. The breakfast is the usual hotel offerings. Did notice, right at 9am the staff was closing it down. So, don't be late if you're going to eat there.

Seems old. Built on extremely steep hill made it difficult to get around. Bathroom was very antiquated. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits.

My booking information wasn’t correct. I asked the clerk to correct it. It was ignored and not corrected. The Air Conditioner was not working. A repair person was sent. He determined it couldn’t be corrected. I looked at the battery operated thermostat and the batteries were totally corroded. I’m an experienced electronic technician. He said the corrosion had nothing to do with it. In my opinion, he was an idiot. I asked what they could do about it, they said nothing could be done. I wasn’t moved to a room with an operating air conditioner. I over heated, getting ready for the 70th Wedding Anniversary celebration. I had to stay over an extra day because I was suffering heat exhaustion. I booked a different motel.
