Good

My stay was fine for what it is. But the carpet in my room was wet. The jets in the tub didn't work, the tub itself was questionable. The remote to the tv had tape on the back so when it fell off the bed, I had to search for the batteries. The tv turned off every 2 hours. But you get what you paid for.

Is was a little more expensive for what you get

You get what you pay for. Had to wait multiple times for staff to get off personal phones.

Friends and family have stayed here many times via my recommendation!

Poor quality

Location was very convenient right off I-96 with close proximity to restaurants & shopping, and staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the stay. However the hotel is Quite OLD and the rooms, furniture, bathroom facilities aren't in the greatest condition. There were also some stains on the hallway carpets, and the the room/lobby furniture (which looked like they were from the 80's/90's). I had to request a change of room several times at check-in because there were issues with each one (e.g. Couldn't get into one room because the door latch was stuck, not all rooms had a fridge, In one room the bathroom vent fan cover fell down from the worn fan motor's vibrations). The staff did oblige and eventually I found a room that suited my needs enough for the duration of my stay. The bedroom itself seemed clean, as did the bathroom, but you could tell the shower tub was clearly worn/faded from years of use (Again, more of an age thing). Breakfast area was also very clean and I appreciated that their breakfast options were well stocked with individually wrapped portions for extra safety/hygiene. All in all for the price and location it's not a bad deal, but they could really stand to upgrade/renovate the hotel altogether. It'll do in a pinch, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again. 10/10 for the very helpful staff-though!

Not very clean. Food on walls and ceiling

The front desk clerk had terrible customer service, the jacuzzi bathroom was dirty I had to clean it. The ceiling was chipping from previous guest When I notified the front desk I was told it was under renovation.

The door was broken and they didn’t have anymore room for me. As I was traveling solo. I kinda find that weird being he knew it was already not working currently.

Staying here is like a second home.

No fridge in room!

I had to clean out the tub myself it was nasty… Carpet needs cleaning but other than that it was ok and chill.

The room smelled, the furniture was dirty. I had a handicap room but the toilet was not for handicap people.

No Handicap friendly bathroom facilities and the parking lot is terrible need to get repaired

Customer service was good. Cleanliness was good in the lobby and room, however the elevator and 3rd floor carpeting were disgusting. Carpet was stained. I’d stay again for mere convenience

I stayed there for 3 days and the staff was very attentive they came every day and asked if I needed anything.. everyone was just really nice and I appreciated that so much

Air conditioning didn’t work, our room was at least 77 degrees with the AC on full blast. One of the worse hotels we’ve ever stayed at, even worse than European hostels.

Location was good and the breakfast was okay.

mold mold mold bar of used soap in stained shower with thick nasty hair on the surround of the tub woke up to my nose, eyes, and throat burning from mold all over the place. The employees were extremely nice and courteous.

Bed bugs that left hundreds of bites on both my legs.

The hotel is definetly ran down all the furniture in the room was scratched and dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty and had stuff written on it. The road leading to the hotel is very bad it has horrible pot holes everywhere and so does the parking lot.

Not bad,better than what I expected.Driving to the hotel,there are a lot of potholes and the hotel needs renovations.There was no refrigerator or microwave in my room,which was not good for me because I had some to go food.Bathroom could have been cleaned more.

It’s disgusting, I have to check out because the room I was in don’t have a refrigerator or mini fridge and the room air conditioner isn’t working and I was sweating so bad!!! The bath tub was so freaking dirty with lots of hairs!

The check-in process was long long! There was only one per person working the desk and she had a line and each person took a bit of time. Otherwise, the day was uneventful.
