We enjoyed the stay. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Will stay there again.

It definitely was worth the money. Place is worn very and If I’m being honest the pictures are way nicer than in real life BUT you get what you pay for and for that it was perfect. Easy check in, no issues.

The property was not as nice as the pictures. It was very old. It was cleanly enough. The staff was extremely friendly. Our toilet was broken when we got there but they switched our rooms and gave us a better view. The rooms are small and the beds are horrible. My kids enjoyed the pools and the game room. My husband and I enjoyed the beach bar and the fact that we could get breakfast easily.

The property is really old but there is an indoor pool and outside pool. Great for weekend stay.

The beds in the room need to be replaced. Otherwise, it was a cute little hotel right on the boardwalk with easy parking and a cute pool. Not fancy, but clean and convenient. Exactly what we wanted (minus the bed situation).

Was very dated. Stuff was very friendly. Great location.

Rooms smelled like cigarettes and they had roaches running around the game room which was right outside our room.

It is a very convenient location right at the beginning of the boardwalk where you can get the trolley to the main area. Guests don't keep it clean so the pools are full of sand and dirt. The rooms do the job of sleeping but are very outdated. Our room was a suite and the one side was sooooo hot, our bedroom wasn't much better. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We requested a crib for our baby but upon arrival couldn't get one. It does the job if you just want a place to rest but needs updating and more overall cleanliness.

The hotel needs to be condemned. The hotel is absolutely disgusting. The entire hotel smells of urine, cigarettes and weed. The carpet throughout the hotel was moist as were the pillows and blankets. The pool was dirty and everything around the pool was rusty. The pictures online were fraudulent and this was false advertising. The hotel was not safe for children and when I called hotels.com to get a refund and cancel based on my family’s concern for safety hotels.com said the hotel refused to issue a refund

I’ll start with the positives: location and friendly staff. It is oceanfront, right on the boardwalk of OCMD. This is the ONLY reason this place would ever have repeat customers, I’m convinced. The staff I ran into were friendly and helpful when asking where things were located or if we needed towels, etc. The negatives: where to even start. It is dirty, rundown, downright unpleasant to even be in the room. Carpet is filthy and damp at all times. Room wreaked of smoke, hallways smelled of mildew and urine. Every surface I wiped off was brown with filth. Bathrooms are smelly and unkept. The outdoor pool has a mat laid down on the concrete that is slimy and dirty, soaked at all times of course, covered in seagull poop. Indoor pool has an abundance of algae growing around the perimeter and even on the concrete floor. Hot tub was absolutely disgusting with brown foam— we did not go anywhere near it. Water in both pools is cloudy and does not smell of chemicals at all (wish it did). The “pool bar” is open to the public and not even accessible because it is so crowded. The pool gates are not locked, so I witnessed bar patrons walking into the pool for only a few minutes to undoubtedly use it as a bathroom, then go right back to the bar. From the condition of everything else, we did not even attempt the indoor restaurant. My family is low-maintenance, so we still made the best of it and had a great trip to OCMD, but we deliberately spent as little time as possible in our room

Hotel fire alarm system went off 4 times over a 2 day span between 1 am and 5 am causing all customers to exit every time. No issues but just kept going off no reason. Spoke with a gentleman who stays there often and said it’s common lol. Room was not very clean at walk in and had a very strong damp odor. If it weren’t for the location so close to the beach and boardwalk I would give this 1 star all around.

First of all I booked this room in April, for 2 beds and a pull out couch. I get there to check in and I have no pull out couch in my room. I had to drop another $100 bucks and buy an air mattress. The room was extremely dirty, ants all over the place, no outlets to plug things in. I have tons of pictures to prove it. I will be requesting a full refund for this place. Do not stay here it is a complete dump. The ac barely worked in the room, air conditioner was extremely dirty. The sink in the little kitchen had more water pressure than the shower in the bathroom. You couldn’t even park in the parking lot provided because the spots were extremely tight. Highly recommend no one ever stay here absolutely assumed and disgusted of how it was. Do not book this place.

The pictures you have on your web page are nothing like it looks. No 2 outdoor pools, pool area not what your web page looks like. Very old inside and out. Balcony’s almost look unsafe and very dirty. Hallways are narrow cannot have 2 people pass unless both stand sideways. Carpets are from 1950’s will not stay there again

The room was spacious. The view from balcony was great! The hotel was very close to the boardwalk and the beach was less crowded.

Hotel looks nothing like any of the photos on line. Everything is very out dated. Rooms are very mildew smelling and a weird wet smell. Beds are not comfortable at all. When standing in the shower it sounds like you are going to fall right through it. Rust was all over the fridge in the room. Indoor pool was so cloudy you could barely see the bottom, and the hot tub look disgusting. Out door pool was nice, and being beach front was very nice.

The hotel was the worst that I have ever stayed at. The staff was great but the building was trash and the pool and spa was not cleaned, no exercise equipment in the gym.

The hotel don’t match the picture you have that I rented it from and it’s outdated to the point where it’s being tore down other than it was a good room. It just smelt musky need to change. It was dirty.

Check-in was great. The indoor and outdoor pools are fun! Jonah and the Whale has excellent food!
