NEVER AGAIN!! Not dirty, but shabby. But the worst part was, while I was gone to pick up breakfast, the manager mistakenly entered our room instead of the vacated one next to us with his pass key. Had he done his due diligence and knocked first anyway, he wouldn't have BARGED IN ON MY GIRLFRIEND WHO WAS NAKED AT THAT MOMENT. I've worked in a hotel before, and even if you're *certain* a guest room is vacant, you ALWAYS KNOCK BEFORE ENTERING!! NO EXCUSES!! You never know when someone is changing clothes in what they THOUGHT was a secure room. She was traumatized by this wanton carelessness!

Didn’t look like pics, not updated, pricey for what you get

I arrived and the check in door was locked. I rang the bell, and got no response. I called the number and when I told them I was ready to check in; he told me he was cleaning the bathroom and He would be 10 min. I had to wait 10 min outside in the heat. There was no ice machine. They rooms electric outlets didn’t work and I couldn’t charge my phone. There are plenty of better options in Branson for a similar price.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to stay in Branson two nights vs the one night we planned. With it being Memorial Day weekend this hotel was the only one left in my price range with vacancies so we booked it although the reviews urged me not to. I called to see if they offered 24/7 check in and could barely understand the front desk lady due to a language barrier. Upon arrival the outside didn’t look too bad but the interior lobby was small and musky. Going up the filthy carpeted stairs we entered our room which was also stained, outdated, and HOT. We immediately turned the air on and had to plug in all the lights. The bathroom light did not work. Sheets were stained, chairs stained, walls and bathtub all stained. The lock was sketchy and not secure at all. The decent part was the man’s customer service upon checkin and I was so exhausted that I slept almost all night. My maps even said the place was permanently shut down and now I see why. It should be.

The place is old and no professional! The room is cold the heater doesn’t work old TV equipment! Definitely not a good place!

Cigarette burns in sheets, dirty sheets, very small towels, no light bulbs everything was unplugged room was freezing very out dated

From check in to check out a very nice place. The owner lives on site and is available 24-7 for all needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Room 205 smells horrible. Mold on baseboards , faucet leaks, just a horrible hotel. Never again.

The floors were so filthy, it left our feet black! The AC leaking on inside of the room. On the plus side, management was very helpful and kind.

The hotel was nothing like what I expected on the pictures. But I got what I paid for. But there was mold in the bathroom on the bathroom curtain the tub was stained with I don't know what. Very little toilet paper that I was given for the days that stay there and only 1 trash can for the whole room.. Plus there was some That needed repaired in the room which they did do that but if I would have never said anything I'm impossible get charged for it. 1 of the towels is ripped up. Plus the inside of the hotel room definitely needs to be remodeled he's a little old now day.

I liked the location but it wasnt the same look on the picture. The place needs updating . No continental breakfast as stated. False advertisement

The carpet in the room was extremely stained and the bed looked like it had been slept in. We will not go back. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this room.

Checked into 204 and found bedbugs on the sheet - 5 infants, and 1 adult. Also found a bedbug nest on the side of the boxsprings. He moved me to 205, and I didn't find bedbugs, but the fabric under the boxsprings on both beds were heavily covered in blood streaks. This is a sign that the room had an extensive history of bedbugs. The manager claimed that he had never seen bedbugs in this motel, and he had managed it for a long time. The TV was a flat screen, and it was in "store demo mode", and had large notices on top and bottom of the screen about features of the TV. The manager could not get the TV out of this mode, so he replaced it with another TV. Then I found that the cable box had some of the normal cable channels blocked, so I couldn't watch 20th anniversary 9/11 coverage on Fox News. The mattresses are pretty hard. The carpet was really old.Something that looked like chocolate milkshake was poured down the wall between the beds. The toilet was one of the very low flow types - flush 3 times. The light bulbs were dim - bring your own LED bulbs. The drapes over the window were very old, and not hung straight. They would flutter out, and block airflow of the AC. Only a few of the rooms were occupied. Other than that it was a good room.

People live there

Lots of fleas, no breakfast, way too expensive for what is offered, no refund, even though we checked out a day early (because of the fleas) to stay at another hotel. WON'T BE BACK!!!

It was a nice room. I wish there would've been an icebox and a microwave.

The toilet didn't flush the water really didn't get hot the AC didn't cool down the room it was hot I booked a king size bedroom and got a double Queen which is cheaper than what I paid for the phrase didn't work and there was leftover food from a previous tenant in the floors. For the price of the room my current stay is only a few dollars more and I feel like I'm staying at the Hilton compared to there

The staff was extremely professional very nice people but the motel is just too old and outdated!! Unsafe conditions! They put us on the 3rd floor and the balcony had weak spots by my parents door going into the room! Their tv was black and white the mattress were hard! They charged us way to much! No breakfast or anything!
