I felt like this property positioned itself as a “step-up” in accommodations and that is not at all what I found. There are cheaper options nearby that offer even better amenities.
There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby - black would be something more than nothing. There is no free breakfast. The air conditioners in the rooms (I had to move from the first room because of this) are old and very noisy.
While the lobby does look like the pictures shown, the rooms are all outdated and in need of massive upgrading.

Dated worn property with extremely small suite. Beds were comfortable. Parking was plentiful. Location convenient. Restaurant food was good.

Lovely clean room. Bed was a little hard, but the room had lots of space and places to sit that weren't just the bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! My only complaint was the hot tub situation the day we got there the hot tub was closed. Then a few days later we tried the hot tub again and it was cold and had a strong smell of chemicals when I called the front desk they sent someone out very quickly. But the maintenance person said we had to leave the hot tub. So two failed attempts to use the hot tub was a little disappointing.

The fridge was quite small and did not have an ice box. The cabnet its in is able to hold a larger fridge. That would be more convenient.

It would have been better if the hot tub was functioning. To expect guests to use a nearby facility is silly. Not a short term situation, out before January.

When checking in we were notified that the pool didn’t work. Would have booked another hotel if we had known this fact. They offered to let us cancel but all other hotels were more expensive now that it was the day of. We were able to use the hotel pool across the street but definitely not ideal in the winter. Also the pull out sofa beds were listed as “double” and are definitely not double.

No coffee until 7 a.m.???? $10.00 for a martini with 1 ounce of gun???? The breakfast sandwich was awful...worst have ever had. Room was comfortable. Front staff and dining staff were very nice.

The only thing that I wish was different was the beds! They are hard - super hard. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The cleanliness was wonderful. Beds were so comfortable.. breakfast was great.
However in the shower, there was no body soap in the dispenser, and it was hard to read the writing on the bottles / containers in the shower to know which was shampoo, conditioner, or body cleanser.. . Overall great.. n

My mother recently traveled to visit my nephew, she is not familiar with ride share apps (Uber/Lyft) so when there were no taxi's available because of an event in town, the staff booked her ride to and from the hospital. They went above and beyond good service!

The rooms are made up from old construction and while it was clean, it was so much worse than the pictures. If you stay here, plan a chiropractor visit afterwards because the beds are awful and we’ll never be back!

We had booked a room with 2 Queen beds and got a room with one King. Hotel said they were booked and that if we book through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed what we booked.
