Very satisfactory

Sad, we didn’t even stay one night city evacuated us. They said we would get a refund if we stayed until the last minute of evacuation so did.. Really sad that we can’t even trust anyone words. Every dishonest people.

Loved the property room was clean

They said on the phone the pool was heated. It wasn’t. They said the hot tub was operational and the whirlpool wasn’t operational. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There is a towel rack on the floor underneath the sink in the bathroom that was ripped off the wall. The continental breakfast was minimal. Air conditioner made funny noises throughout the whole night. Only only thing good I can say is about the pillows. They were comfortable.

Staff was friendly and property was clean.

This hotel was nice looks kinda old on the outside but the rooms were nice and the breakfast waffles were delicious. My only issue is that I booked it because it had a pool and hot tub but the pool was ice cold couldn’t even swim in it and the hot tub wasn’t working so water didn’t stay warm and no bubbles.

Restroom had black Mold and there was even rust around the door. Smell like cigarettes In a non smoking room. Pool was to cold for the kids to even swim.

Hot tube don’t work. And people making too much noise

Our room was not ready at check in time, we had to wait an additional two hours. Our room didn’t have a lamp all we had were ceiling lights. The coffee in the room was awful, we dumped it down the sink. The sink didn’t have a stopper. Won’t be staying there again.

Good Experience

I requested a room for 5 and a room with 2 queens was offered with no couch or roll away beds available for use. The doors are out facing and the area did not feel safe. All outdoor noises were very clearly heard in the room and worst of all, we found bugs in the bed. We were not offered a refund after bringing this to the managers attention - only a partial refund. We were offered another room, but I wasn’t looking to find another bug.

The location is really convenient and the rooms were better than expected. The breakfast is really basic, but there's a walkable restaurant right in front for more options. I will recommend it to family and friends.

I found a cockroach in my room very disturbing

Hotel was not what we were expecting. This was a last minute decision booking and were going off the description and photos from Hotels.com. Unfortunately the photos on Hotels.com are not what the motel actually looks like. I assume the photos were taken when the motel first opened. The location is run down and quite the dump surrounded by some sketchy cliental. The staff inside didn't care and were not very knowledgeable. Save you're money and time and go somewhere else.

Nice rooms. Very clean comfortable beds checking person very nice. Parking is a little tight Didn’t get to try breakfast area as it was full and most people were finished but were sitting there playing on their phones. Someone needed to tell them to move along if they were done so others could have breakfast

The room overall was clean. My complaint or things that could be improved would have been the tv: couldn’t work it to watch anything. Second, would have been I wish there more selection for breakfast. Other than that, it was quiet and slept comfortably.

the room was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Pool was small but perfect. Pool and spa were nice and warm. Spa was a little dirty and pool area a little outdated but not too bad!!overall nice stay!!

Great place to stay

When we checked in at 9pm they said pool and hot tub was closed. Then turned around and told us the hours was 10am to 10pm. So if we were there and vhecked in at 9pm why couldn't we use the hot tub?

It was good for the price. The room is updated and has all the comfort. The only thing that i didnt like it was the floor was dirty. The breakfast was good too.

First checking in was completely easy and the guy was super friendly at the counter. Upon walking into a room one bed was dirty which was okay because we were only going to use one bed, obviously the clean one. There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower from the previous guest. Food stains, dirt stains, other stains on the wall that could have been easily cleaned off by housekeeping. The pool was completely amazing the water was crystal clear I wish the hot tub was a little hotter but the steam in the pool area just made the atmosphere completely comfortable. Where I became really heartbroken was in the picture they said they provided breakfast. And breakfast was an understatement all they had were toast, yogurt, some outdated apples, bland mini muffins and a waffle machine which syrup tasted like metal. Sure for the price what can I say but next time I'll throw in the extra cash for a better continental breakfast.

Systems were down when i was checking oout. Ac/heating unit would not work perfectly. Thermostat was broken so i had to be manually turning the heat off. Sheets on bed were stained from previous use. It was noisy outside with cars and neighbors.

Super clean comfy beds we will definitely stay there again
