Staff was not equipped to handle the amount of folks checking in when I arrived. Checkin process far too long needs improvement. No stairs to get up to your floor, 30 minutes wait for the 2 elevators. Seems like a fire hazard will be looking in to this!

Very friendly and accommodating front desk! Called ahead to see if we could check in a hour earlier with no issues at all. Room was very clean, and hotel was very close to the Rogers centre where we were going! Would definitely come back here!

The hotel itself is great. Staff friendly and helpful. Its a bit confusing to access the hotel itself, unlike most whose fascades face a street you either access through the mall or an inlet off the main road.

Mostly a good stay, besides the room is very hot and had no working AC

Overall the hotel itself was good, room was clean and the service was great, the issues I had were parking was terrible since they don’t have any on site it is a parkade owned by a private company and it’s downtown Edmonton where homeless and crackheads break into vehicles for stuff( luckily not mine but the vehicle next to mine). I would not stay here again solely based on the fact that the parking situation felt unsafe and did not like the fact that my vehicle could have been broke into so easily

I had a great stay as there was an event at the Ice centre I was attending . The Delta was right across the street which was amazing . The rooms were quite nice but I was not a fan of having no windows , the view out into the mall was pretty unappealing . The downtown area around there is pretty dodgy also but that has nothing to do with the hotel service.

Great location for Downtown. Close to ICE District. But lots of homeless in the area. Attached to the mall so very convenient for everything.

The stay was good but value for money was very poor. Premium rate for proximity to Rogers Place, but just average accommodations. Room didn’t have pullout sofa as advertised on booking. Not enough loading zone space to park vehicle while checking in. Room overlooked a mall atrium, for which noise can be heard. The place was clean and the staff were friendly.

Staff were great but cleaning team mailed it in multiple days and jacuzzi tub was having issues. Manager stepped u p and made it up to me which was appreciated. Area around hotel is rough and by area I mean all of Edmonton.

Hotel is a must for individuals that are looking for a room close to Rogers Place. One minute walk away from the ICE district makes this a desirable place to stay. Room was clean / tidy. Staff was polite and ensured our stay was to our satisfaction. I’ll be returning for sure!

We came for a game, checked in about a half hour early with no issues very friendly front desk staff. The room was much larger than pictured with separate living room. Hotel restaurant was very nice. Parking is a little pricey at $35/night for unsecured parking but it’s not owned by the hotel.
Value compared to the new hotel next door is noticeable. And the Canucks won the game!

The staff were very friendly and efficient.
Lobby was very clean as was elevator and hallways
The main revolving door was inoperable while we were there.
Our room was ok, carpet and bench showed noticeable wear and tear and baseboards were dirty. But the room and bathroom were very clean besides that.
Did not eat at restaurant this time during our stay
Walking distance to Roger’s Arena was our main reason for booking

No air flow in the room at all, the room only kept going up in temperature all night - no one could sleep
Most hotels especially for $400/ night have a selection of pillows - the pillows were like concrete bricks - $99 days inn has better selection
Over all not a great room for the price
