This was a basic hotel just to stay 1 night. Ypu get what you pay for. The window did not close all the way. I just put a hand towel in it to stop some of the draft from coming into the room. Breakfast was horrible.

The rugs were filthy, Most of the electrical outlets didn't work, I had renew the keycards every other day. Room serviced every three days. The faucet in the tub was labeled backwards, burning hot on the wrong setting. Smokey room and halls after they said the rooms were smoke free. The front desk staff all had attitude, except for one woman. TV was always losing signal and turning off.

Horrible staff, & rooms where filthy, roches, rug stunk of piss! Bed had the metal parts sticking out& my leg got all cut up bad, needed 4 stitches, wen I say this by far the worst place in history is sooo bad I left after the 1st night!! & will be getting my $$$ back! Book somewhere else! Got the vibe It’s like a motel for drug addicts !!!!!!😡🖕👎👎👎👊

This hotel is the halfway point between my traveling destinations, which I used quite often. It has always been a good stopping site for me. In all my stays, I have never had any issues. However, this last stay, I needed the refrigerator for storing some cold items I was traveling with. The refrigerator was not working. Flooring was a little clammy. Other than that, bed was comfortable and I was able to get the sleep and rest I needed to continue on my trip.

Was banned from this Baymont for accidentally oversleeping was woken up rudely by an older white lady telling me that my brother service dog wasn't a service dog and that we had 10 minutes very unprofessional we had the money to pay for the room she's very rude lady this is what happens when people like this get a little bit of power she should be ashamed of herself

The room was filthy. Smelt of urine and had garbage from previous occupants still there. The bedding had huge stains on the quilt. It was disgusting.

Room was dirty, out dated, cobwebs on light fixtures. TV was small for room size. 1 chair at desk but no other seating in the room. No real blanket on the bed, just a very thin decorative type comforter. Breakfast area was not very inviting. Most of the seating was stained and/or looked dirty.

It took the cashier forever to check us in. Beds were extraordinarily uncomfortable. Air conditioner was not on at time of arrival room with stifling hot. Bathroom was dirty towels were not folded. It looked like the room had been not cleaned after the last person staying in it. We were so exhausted. We did not care and just fell asleep, but under normal circumstances and a normal arrival time I would have complained and demanded a different room.

It was very dirty but it did the trick right next to the airport. I won’t stay again there was a sticky stain in the middle of the carpet and what looked like vomit on the shower curtain unfortunate but we were to late to find another hotel

Upon arrival, we were given superb, friendly, and fast customer service and check-in. Unfortunately, the room was filled with smell of cigarettes and humidity. The top sheets were stained with "human-like substance" and just felt cringy. Would I stay again? Probably not. Photos are not even close to the actual lodge (in not a positive way).

I take no pleasure in writing bad reviews but this place should NOT be listed at all. Wyndham, is hurting their brand by allowing their name to be associated with this place. This place is FILTHY, it appears to be temporary or transitional housing for folks who are in difficult life situations. Dirt, Mold, Stale cigarette smell. The list of issues are too long. After checking in with my kids, to took them to a local restaurant, found a new hotel and checked out when we go back - DO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN THIS PLACE.

Staff was okay. Housekeeping knocks on your door at 9am.. We’re on vacation. Who wants that? Told them no housekeeping today. She said okay. We leave for the day and come back to have had them go in our room anyways, and they took all our clean extra towels I had asked for. The tub was stained brown, shower head was nasty looking, and there’s holes in the ceiling. Even worse, I had to use my entire body weight to get my door to close correctly... The pool was closed, in the summer. Was not noted when booking and that was a reason I booked this place. Convenient location for my needs, nothing else impressed me.

The hotel made me feel very uncomfortable. It was dirty, my room had stains all over the sheets, lamp shade, bathroom towels and the toilet. In addition my room smelled and my door did not shut all the way. I ended up booking another room at a different hotel.

I am torn about the stay. This is an old place and it has been through a number of owners. You could not see out the windows as the seals had let go. The pool has been out of commission for so long they have it printed on the contract when you sign in that you accept that the pool is broke. The pic has to go because that is false advertising. It was clean but run down. Doors did not close all the way, and there are holes where the chain had been torn from the door and not replaced cleanly. Oh and my room did not even have a side chair! Only place to sit was on the bed.

The reviews I read on this property are not accurate. The room was not clean. The shower curtain had black mild on the bottom. My kids did not want to go into the tub as it was dirty. I cleaned it for them. The fridge and microwave did not work. They did change it for me and that is appreciated. The breakfast was terrible and they had no napkins out. My daughter asked for napkins as she spilled some milk and was told they only had more plates. It was quite frustrating. I would not recommend to anyone looking to stay for more than one night. It is somewhere to lay your head for rest and that is all!
