Nice clean hotel. Restaurant was not prepared for the after the game rush which was disappointing. Check was a breeze and moved quickly. Super friendly staff. Super clean. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, I compared this hotel to years ago when it was the Radisson. Times have changed, and so has the hotel. For the price, I didnt expect to have "hair" in the tub and sink. The bed pillowcases were covered in what seemed to be dog hair or a very hair individual. There were waterspots on the ceiling and the wall itself have water damage. No breakfast included which is also a bummer. I usually prefer Hiltons but this was living up to the name.

Beds are terribly uncomfortabley hard Heat/ac was loud.

Hotel layout is very disconnected.
Clogged drain in bathroom asked for repair but never happened. Hard to see anything on a gloomy day due to lack of room lighting.
Very disappointed after hearing for years how nice it was. We were very underwhelmed.

We liked the convenience of being across from the PAC. You can see it from the front door. Lots of places to eat & shop (it's downtown) Price is high & the parking is across from the Hilton, on the side street public parking lot. $6 for 24 hr if you pay at the lot(kiosk next to elevator. Comfy beds but no clock & little dresser in closet. Enjoy the restaurant & bar on the ground level.

The hotel was convenient and the staff were friendly. Overall we had a lovely stay but our shower had very little water pressure, the air con was very noisy and the pool could have done with a spruce up.

We stayed for "Mile of Music", we parked our car on Wed. and didn't leave until Sat. We were able to walk to the music venues and restaurants. It was a great decision to stay here and enjoy all the music festival had to offer.

We have stayed at this place many times and enjoy it very much. Very clean and comfortable beds. Alot of choices for dinner and drinks close by. Did not use pool but looked very clean. Will stay again for sure.

View out of suite window was the garage can. Hallways smelled like dirty laundry and was up all night because neighbor was coughing and could here it through the walls.

Very poor signage and/or front desk directions to find our fourth floor room when entering from the parking garage.
Body gel in shower was empty on arrival and never filled. Four guests registered, only two glasses and one coffee cup in room.

Great lobby and clean rooms, but an outdoor bar across the street blasts music until midnight. You can hear it clearly from the rooms overlooking the bar.

Our room was very clean and modernized. One suggestion, upon check in when explaining the parking tell the client that they need to bring the parking ticket in to validate.

Great spot for being in the center of town. The ramp parking across the street was ok, though not included with the cost of the stay.

Room was disgusting and smelled musty. Old carpet looked like it was from the 1980s. Room was big with a bathroom that you could barely walk into and close the door behind you without standing over the toilet. 0/10 do not stay here.
