Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was very convenient to get to where we needed to go

Nice hotel but the Riverwalk and a short walk to the main Riverwalk area and all its restaurants.
Breakfast was typical due that style of hotel and OK.
The room wasn't cleaned until very late, after I'd already returned from being out all day at work on 2 of the 5 nights.

My daughter and I had a weekend stay at this hotel. We had a wonderful time in the city. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of everything. It was an easy walk to all the places. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Thank you for the hospitality.

It was a good stay. The hotel is actually at the other end of the riverwalk which is more quieter. It’s a 10 minute walk to where all the fun and activities are at.

I loved the location of this hotel and the size of the rooms. However, I didn't care for most of the staff I encountered. I felt discriminated against in some instances. I felt my room could have been refreshed or cleaned more often than it was. I had two days' worth of dirty towels in my room before someone came to clean it. I don't know if they have staffing issues, but I was not impressed with their service.

Overall good. We enjoy our stay however they should extend the brake fast time a little. And or offer room service. A restaurant/snack bar in the facility would be a good idea.

Overall everything was great, however a few things to mentioned. I think a hotel with 7 floors should have more than 2 elevators. Also elevators were extremely slow, this was most inconvient at breakfast and dinner time. Bathroom extremely small, had to almost stand in tub to close door. Breakfast was ho hum.

I was not aware of the expensive parking fee - I just stayed 1 night but I was charged $50 plus tax. So, the 1-night stay at this Hyatt Place Hotel cost me $50 more than I planned. Also, the bathroom is veeeeeery small!, I had to put a leg inside the bathtub to be able to close the door every time I used the bathroom. I will not stay at this hotel on my next visit to San Antonio.

Pay for parkin when the parking lot is closed off for just the hotel. Unheard of!! $20-$30 a night. I like the place but will not return because of paying that much for parking.
