I would recommend this hotel. It seems to be well kept. Pool towels were always well stocked and the made to order breakfast was delicious!

We stayed at Embassy Suites for the first time since Covid 19. Our previous visits to the USA included stays at Embassy Suites in LAX, San Fran, Boston New York and San Diego. All were of a good standard and value for money which added to our surprise at this stay…how it has changed now from the courtesy drinks only being a max of two, being at a separate bar, the breakfast service has definitely been reduced in quality and the queuing does not add to a great experience one of which we have not previously experienced. It seems Embassy Suites has reduced its costs over those recent years to the detriment of quality of their product and their previous reputation. I find myself thinking in future when looking to book an airport hotel at looking at other choices rather than making Embassy Suites a first choice as I did in the past.

we had a great stay here. great breakfast!! great location. room a temp a lil warm. we noticed one small roach in living area and house keeper picked up when room was cleaned. over an awesome stay here.

First of all the elevator were half working when we arrive on one side before we checked out the elevator stop working on the same side Secondly we had sights of roaches one night and the next day each days we were there. Thankfully we were accommodated financially for the pest issues.

From the time we arrived until we left the elevators were either not all working or incredibly slow. It was surprising not to find any USB ports in the room.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is exquisite and the rooms spacious and well appointed. We had cocktails with French Fries after our late arrival which we enjoyed. The free breakfast was far better than other free hotel breakfast options. The room rate was reasonable for a hotel of this caliber.

Girls trip No air conditioning Went to front desk didn’t care. Would give no room change, no fan Front desk managers were rude, cold and treated us as if we were an inconvenience

Our AC was broken, we never go to use the elevators because after 20 minutes we used the stairs and I have a broken toe, way too much cheese on the pizza, they had no pickles for the Cuban sandwich , and overall the food and drinks was overpriced for this place- the wings were delicious.

We always stay here when passing through Miami. Huge room, nice happy hour and great breakfast. The prices in the restaurant and their little shop are ridiculously high. The shuttle is always on time and runs every 30 min!

i didn’t know i have to pay for parking. otherwise was so good every thing.!!!

We really enjoyed staying here! We were able to check in at 7:30am after our overnight flight. Our room was great, the hotel was nice, and we gpt to enjoy the pool.

This hotel is unorganized and cannot handle rooms booked through a third party properly. From check in to check out we had issues from the staff to condition of the room. I would not recommend or stay at this property again.

We arrived late for check in. The lobby area was very noisy. After being in the room we went to the lobby bar/restaurant. Staff were inattentive and after waiting finally ordered a bite to eat and a drink before retiring for the evening. Paying for our snack took just as long . Weary travellers without much expectations sent us to the room. Breakfast buffet was good the next morning.

I was double charged for the room by the M.O.D. even though I had a receipt from expedia. The room was dated and the a/c in the ceiling was dripping on the floor.
