This place was awesome! I enjoyed everything about here. Best time ever. All of the staff were nice, even being positive when things went wrong. They were friendly, made sure everything was perfect, and dealt with me when I was going through some tough anxiety. I am blessed to have the opportunity to be here in this hotel. Extremely dirty, there were at least 3 cockroaches, carpet was wet, you can’t open the window, super humid etc.

Airport shuttle times were not shared which cost me more money.

Staff was easy to work with took good care of our needs. Breakfast was tasty. We were given an upgrade when the room we had booked was unavailable. The shuttle service was excellent. I would stay there again.

This place is so dirty they only clean the rooms every 3 days they should say that in the ad so you can bring your cleaning supplies. The sheets had blood stains the walls had some brown stuff that could be poop ,the carpet had some wet spots I was afraid to walk barefoot in the room , The bagels and muffins were stale and so were the chips in the vending machines. The people working there were nice enough but not much for them to do. This is VERY low budget . Half a star maximum and there are drug addicts in the parking lot . They really should renovate the place.

I didn't like that kids came to .the swimmpool from the neighborhood abd took over

Hotel OK. Billing Terrible. Too many errors in over Billing for a Simple 2 day stay. Still waiting for Billing Charges adjustments.

Property was so dirty and covered in trash and garbage in the corners of hallways and elevator. Rooms and hallways smelled of mold and dirt.

Cons: No water pressure, very poorly maintained rooms, poor selection of breakfast items, pool is through an unlit hallway that is sketchy and feels like a danger sign. Pros: staff is professional, rooms are clean. Staff is clearly doing their best but owners are not putting any money into this property.

The room furniture are very old, floor carpet is old and dirty. The sanitary bowl in the restroom is not well cleaned. The staff they fi not clean the room; do the bed and take out the garbage un less you do prior request. Something that is normally done on daily basis in almost all hotels. The floor elevator was dirty too. And the furniture in the lobby very old and dirty. The floor carpet has unpleasant smell when you get in. The location I like is close to shopping and restaurant; but I do not think stay with then again. Service has to improve also the cleanliness .

Hotel was much older than pictured. One of the elevators the doors shook and almost didn’t close. Shower was lukewarm at best. Door to our room was very hard to get opened and closed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wish I had seen the hotel first before booking I would have never gone there in the first place I had to check out immediately after going to the room

From the onset, it was bad. Checking in, they asked for my credit card, no worries. They then asked for my email and also phone. I politely declined (I don't give that out). the guy told me I have to provide it, ir I cannot stay? I gave it, and went up to the room. Waiting on me were 11 emails from "Wyndham" advising me I joined a points club (Wyndham), etc....Add to that it is dirty, shower doesn't work, and the rod is bent in the shower, so even when you splash water from the tap it gets onto the floor. I called repeatedly to the desk upon check in, phone just rang...walked downstairs, two staff behind desk on their phones......phone just ringing away........and it was from me on the 4th floor.....I just went back to my room and hung up. Local party hotel and for transient workers. Still no reason for it to be unserviced, have a broken shower, and rude and disinterested staff. Also gonna report the demand for PII (Personal info) at the desk to the BBB. I would suggest going elsewhere, even sleeping in the car or airport. Even the AC in the room barely worked and would shut off for hours. Add to the insult, they charged my card TWICE hours apart for the deposit. What a mess. FOr some unknown reason, Orbitz keeps rejecting my review. So much for integrity...

Ok …If you stay at this place property is a little older..That being said the one reason I stayed there was price and a shuttle to the West Palm Beach Airport.. BUT beware there airport shuttle DOES NOT start until 10:30am ..You need to take an Uber ..Uber from hotel to airport is about 25.00 with tip …So probably will not be staying there again …

The free breakfast is the only thing that makes sense

Tried charging my card through their website during check in after already paying in full on expedia. Housekeeeping and management opened the door stating system was showing room was empty. When management opened the door she did not knock ! Had a guest going up and down the hallway cursing and trying to open different room doors. Felt very unsafe

It all started when we got to the hotel room, it was so small, (not what was shown online) you had to go outside to turn around and go back inside. After using the restroom, ready to wash hands, not wash sink in the restroom. You had to exit the restroom and its there as you enter the room. We got 1 set of towels for a 2 night stay, we had to ask for more. The AC was ok on the 1st night, but night 2, not sure what happened when it started to run, it sounded like a jumbo jet and just kept getting louder as the night went on, when it stopped there was a rustling like a sheet of paper stuck in the blades. The breakast selection was blah, the female worker kept shouting to guest not throw any liquid in the drink machine drain as it doesn't go anywhere, it just fills up and overflow. We asked for cream for the coffee she pointed to a container, after we used it, we realized it was actually pancake batter. Do not get me started on the price for this doom room.

My room was dirty i ask for my money back they didnt wanna give me a refund because they had no Manager on-site and would not be able until monday since it was over the weekend

Advertised airport shuttle had limited daytime hours. Property was shabby, uncomfortable and noisy and area was unsafe to walk.

Room was clean smelling fresh staff was very friendly very eager to assist with any issues overall great stay will be returning in the near future
