Nice little hotel with the added bonus of a hot tub! Warm welcome at check in. The breakfast was lovely and topped up throughout the morning. It snowed over night but the walkaways and carpark was cleared.

It was probably overpriced for what you get but basic and fine for 1 night

There is a bit of repair and cleaning that needs to be done. Bathroom was clean but bedspread has stains, walls had marks, a piece of curtains was gone, marks on walls, etc. time for some new paint and reinvestment

The people at the front desks were super nice,exelente breakfast. Our problem was that the toilet was leaking and the tv wasn't workingbut i let them know andvthey came to fix the problems right away. I aslo didn't like the smell ofvthe room so i left the door a little open.

Where do I start? The employees were absolutely amazing, the room was absolutely spotless, probably one of the better hotels I’ve ever stayed at, not only that breakfast was tasty, the owners were super helpful about where to go snowboarding, skiing, and what to do around town.

Arrived a little after the earliest check in time and was helped right away. Check in went smoothly. My room was on the first floor which I liked; no stairs to climb. the Inn is within short walking distance to main street. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I will stay here again when I visit Ouray.

We stayed one night here to visit Ouray's Hot Springs Pools and it was nice. Room was spacious, clean, beds were comfy, had a variety of breakfast items that included cold and warm items, even waffles. Front staff was friendly and professional. This place made ua feel safe and comfortable for the night.

Great location and staff. About a 4 minute walk to be in the heart of downtown Ouray. Owner was very sociable with alot of local knowledge about the area. I would definitely stay there again. 😎

The Cascade water running down the side of the complex and the beauty of the mountains

We stayed in a room with two beds. One of the beds was lumpy and uncomfortable and the other one was firm but okay. The breakfast was the worst we ever had at this place. The few available choices were sugary items. The fresh fruit consisted of old-wrinkle oranges and apples. There was a noticeable lower quality since we stayed at this motel in the Fall of 2022. We will definitively stay somewhere else the next time we visit Ouray.
