Evening though it's was a very short stay it was great and relaxing, then ladies in charge of the breakfast service were amazing

We had a very nice stay. Only complaints would be not enough places to sit comfortably in living area and the shower curtain was way too short for the tub. This resulted in a very wet floor, which we dried up easily enough. We asked for extra blankets for the pull out and the nice lady gave us sheets and blankets both. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The location was excellent for our trip to special spots we wanted to see. We enjoyed walking the property, we felt safe!! Guest laundry and breakfast and amenities were great!!

Hotel pictures provided are very misleading. The lobby and grounds were nice looking and well maintained but inside of the other two buildings where the hotel rooms were located were not kept up on. Our hotel room did not seem very clean. Dried up pee on the bathroom floor, bathroom floor not well mopped, shower did not look scrubbed and had left over hair from previous guests. It really seemed like cleaning was done to a minimum. I was very bummed how misleading the hotel was. We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel and will not be back. I wish I had paid more money to stay at a nicer hotel and not tricked into a good deal. When you stay at a hotel for a family vacation you only hope for a pleasant, clean, fun experience.

This property was not at all what i expected. The pictures were a bit misleading.
Rooms were not cleaned properly and the common areas were disgusting. The front desk staff was accommodating but there was only so much they could do. The proximity to the airport can’t be beat but wouldn’t stay again because it just wasn’t clean.

The room is not like the pictures on the Travelocity website - no fireplace and no tub/shower, just a shower. I would say it is false advertising.

We have stayed here several times before and almost didn’t this time. The price was slightly higher than other similar suite style hotels. I am always glad when we stay at the residence Inn. They are so responsive to even the smallest issue. We had people in our party with severe food issues and they did an amazing
Job adapting for them at breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was surface clean. There was dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and black scuff marks on my bathroom floor. The window from the living room and kitchen was dirty, I don’t know if they have someone to clean the outside windows but I like sunlight in the day time . It’s a nice place to stay with a wonderful FREE breakfast. I think someone has to do a in service with the house keeping staff on cleaning. There’s the hotel’s guest clean and the person that is cleaning or how they live cleaning. The bedding had two holes in the comforter but my towels were clean . I liked the room it just needs some brushing up and proper deep cleaning . This was a family trip of 8 people and two rooms. There was just the cleaning of my room but my other family’s had to stay at the courtyard across from the hotel we were all supposed to stay in because there was a flood the day before or something. So they weren’t very happy about that and there’s was no FREE breakfast there . They weren’t notified in a timely manner about the flood .

Staff was reluctant to give service. When requesting towels for room was told to come and get them ourselves. People knocking on our door yelling at us. Property was clean. Room was average except for leaking shower ( why we needed the towels). Service was really bad. It was like the staff did not want to wait on us. Surroundings were poor almost hostle.

Great place to stay if you're bringing a pet- lots of green areas outside to walk, we brought our rough collie, "Miss Lassie" and a great trip was had by all! Thank you to the hotel staff for super service, much appreciated!

There was only one door to the shower which left water flowing out on to floor. No hair dryer as stated there would be. No additional linens provided for pull out sofa when noted or would be used. Was not as we experienced at same establishment in Troy, Ohio.

Housekeeping should not be banging on the door at 8 am when checkout is 11. We were woke up needlessly. Ridiculous. Let guest turn in keys and have them clean rooms. Also you need ice machines in your hotel. Will not stay again. Also credit card charged 170$ fee you won’t refund for no reason.

Was placed in room at end of hall... with a "mechanical room" next to it which contained loud motorized systems that switched on at random times through my entire stay, sometimes for up to ten minutes at a stretch.

This hotel was nice as the location was easy to get to and the ability for 3 people to have separate suites in one room provided good sleep.
It is at the end of a runway, but the planes were not disruptive.
The hotel could use a refresh, as it age was showing (older paint, no USB ports, etc.) However it was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.
