Didn't like that the bathroom faced the beds! and had a barn door type door! Room was small and cramped for 2 queen beds. No where to put a 2nd suitcase. No TV remote in the room, which we reported. No luggage rack in the closet

Stayed 2 nights for a business trip in nearby Nashville. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. It was clean and very convenient to several food options and a Kroger. Their complimentary breakfast was also great.

We had 2 rooms for a 4-night stay, and since day one, we made the manager aware that the mirrow lighting was flickering. We were told that the maintenance person was not available on weekends. Huh? Isn't this when they get a vast amount of their guests? It never got addressed. Their lobby is smells quite funky which is the area where they serve their (mediocre at best!) breakfast. They also don't make much of an effort to clean this area during breakfast, so when people eat and leave, no one follows up with cleaning after them, the guests do. Overall, it wasn't the worst experience, but I would recommend the Holiday Inn right across the way. A little pricier but def worth it.

I really like the convenience and location of the hotel. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and the property was safe. I appreciate the people working there. I however think that there should have been more options for food until the scheduled end of the breakfast time outlined.
I would go and visit again because it is the people that made the difference for me. I thoroughly think that they were great!

This is an “ok” hotel. I did not have a positive check in experience - the desk clerk was sarcastic and not terribly helpful. The pool is at the back of the property but they keep the door at that end of the building locked so you can go out but there is no re-entry and you have walk all the way around the building to get back in. Breakfast was just ok. There was hair in the bathtub …. Just not the greatest experience.

Horrible! Dont answer the ohones for cancellation and charged me for a room i didnt even use and i canceled. Thank the manager told me when i explained i canceled there is nothing in the system do them never canceled my reservation.

Not a great experience. Pool was closed which disappointed the kids. WiFi was down. TVs did not work due to internet being down. Ants in one of our rooms, they did move us to another room which was fine. Cleanliness is ok, property is a little old and it shows in main areas. Rooms do seem updated though. Staff was friendly.

If you get the king with to futon couch beds one bed springs were broke and they couldnt fix it, and no air got to that room had to ask for a fan.
But the bed its self was good, and the water was HOT afyer 4 people went before me.

AC leaking into rug making it very wet and shower doesn’t drain. Reported to management on checkout and told me they remembered being told about it (which I hadn’t told them) so I guess these reported issues go fixed at their convenience.

The staff was very hard working and accommodating. The rooms were ok, clean enough, but not stellar. The beds were not comfortable.The breakfast was just so-so, not much variety, and the exact same every day. The one thing that concerned our group was that the back door key pad didn't work, so the door was propped open all day and even into the late evening. Anyone could get in.
