Great location. Nice staff. Very comfortable bed and room. Pet friendly! I was traveling alone and felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again!

The room smelled of mold. The carpet was somewhat wet. The air conditioning didn’t keep the room cool and would shut off and on even if fan was set to on. The room was humid - even though we’re in florida there are ways to mitigate that. The bathroom was dirty and the shower floor was extremely dirty w black foot prints. Customer service was lacking - not inviting or welcoming.

Hotel was good, slightly dated on some points inside room, but nice spacious bedrooms and general areas good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only the swimming pool at the front of the property was bit strange, probably why no one used it.

Received texts welcoming you, and even during your stay asking if everything is according to expectation. I said yes, but since they asked, told them the first light in the room blew out right when we first arrived so they said they will send someone to replace bulb. Bulb was never replaced during our 3 day stay. Why even ask?

The rooms smelled and the bathroom was gross. Needs rennovations badly. Front desk staff was not friendly. Definitely will not stay again

Overall was a very comfortable stay for my family. Beds were nicely made and clean. The only thing I thought was that whoever laid the bathroom tile did a bit of a sloppy job. There were smears on the corners of the tub from the caulking. Other than that, the bathroom did look and small clean.

We have stayed here a number of times in the past. This is the first time on the first floor. The room seemed old and dingy. Our other rooms have never had an issue with humidity, but this room did. We really like the location of the hotel but not this particular room.

The staff is nice and helpful, and the location is great. The room was swampy and smelled of stale humidity, no matter how high we set the AC. The last day I realized the AC unit was leaking onto the carpet. If you get to the room after checking in and it smells bad, get back to the front desk immediately and ask them to relocate you to fresh room. Don’t waste your time hoping the AC will take care of the stink. It’s Florida, once the swamp reclames that carpet, there is no way back.

I was placed in a room that shouldn't even be used as a room - looking out on the roof with all of the air conditioning equipment. Very noisy and unpleasant. And there weren't really any other qualities that redeemed the experience.

Hotel itself is nice and updated! Lovely outside courtyard and inside bar/lounge/lobby areas! Room itself needed some work on cleanliness and maintenance/repairs. But overall stay was nice! Very quiet and conveniently located right off highway!

This was a business trip for me. It was awful.
There were ants on the night table this morning, and I saw a maintenance man catch a roach with a cup last night.
There wasn’t a do not disturb sign so of course in the middle of my zoom meeting, I had to go tell the housekeeping staff to go away because they kept knocking at my door.
Dirty. Terrible. Would not go back.

It was okay. The room had a musty smell which I thought was because it was hot, but we had the air going while we were away and it still had the faint musty smell once we returned. Also, the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. There was hair in the shower, but I always bring my own cleaning supplies. It was okay for the night but I’ll never book there again.

We went to the bar, ordered a drink, tried to order pub chips, which was on the menu. They were out of those chips then we ordered with the cheese sauce to dip it in. They were out of cheese sauce to dip it in so we didn’t end up buying any food at the bar we did get drinks. The drinks were good. The room was clean however they use down pillows and down covers and for asthmatic people like me I have to be careful because I can’t use any of those wish there was an option down blankets and pillows.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. From the start, our key card didn’t work, and it took 30 minutes to get into the room, which was unbearably hot due to a broken air conditioner. Despite promises to fix it, we woke up drenched in sweat and were denied a room change the next morning. When we returned that evening, the room was still stifling. The staff constantly deferred to the manager, Christian, who was rarely available. Although he promised reimbursement, only credits were offered, which I am still waiting for. This hotel, charging nearly $500 a night, was a complete waste of money. Avoid it if you can 🔴

The AC system didn’t work which caused the room to heat up to 81 degrees. The maintenance gentleman was professional and fixed it temporarily. The room condition was dated and needed upgrades. The view out the window was facing a wall. I will not be staying at this facility again and will not recommend it to any one.

Hotel is clean, nice looking, quick drive to UF. Staff is very nice and helpful when we needed to print something. Beds are comfortable and AC working well. The only thing I would not recommend is $15 breakfast which I found largely inedible, but since it wasn’t included in price of my room I’m not taking a star off for it.

The front desk person was rude to my daughter and I. She was out out that she didn’t know how to ring up a bag of cookies for us to pay for instead of charging to the room. She also placed a $100 hold on a prepaid room which makes no sense. Maybe $50 for incidentals but not $100!!
