I had a super great stay! Only negative was I called for a late checkout and was told yes then the hotel got mad at me for not knowing it. It was clean the the tv’a worked.

I didn’t love a few cleanliness aspects of the room/pool but as a mom with her kiddos I’d say it was a great environment. Better structure around the waffle maker would be cool. I couldn’t leave my 4 & 6 yr old at a table alone with that many people bustling about. We waited well over an hour for a darn waffle.

Our room had a really really bad smell. There were a couple bugs in the room as well. Breakfast and pool were good and staff were friendly

This property had good ratings on Expedia for cleanliness but we did not find that to be the case. The property is badly in need of updating. Our bathroom was not very clean and there was no light in the shower at all. The room was dark and dingy, and late on our second night there, we found that there were bugs on the ceiling, dropping stuff onto the bedside table below. We informed the staff in the morning and were able to get one night (out of 2) refunded (later, via Expedia -we had no problem at all dealing with them and getting the refund.). Breakfast was okay, but crowded - not enough places to sit. Gym was pretty good - a few machines and free weights. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment about that. The hallways were dark and they had scent machines trying to make things smell better, but the scent being pumped in was overwhelming. There were people smoking weed on a bench right outside the back door, which we had to keep walking past to get to and from our room. Wanted to use the laundry room, but there was only one washer and one dryer and people waiting, so we drove to a local laundromat to do our laundry instead. There is a Friendly's just down the road, as well as a GREAT donut spot called Donut Dip. Overall, the general area seemed safe enough, but this place is badly in need of a deep cleaning and an update.

Quiet location

Nothing fancy but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lemonade in the lobby was a nice touch

The front desk agent was very nice. She checked us in qickly. She upgraded us as I am a Choice member. She gave directions and information on the surrounding area. The continental breakfast was great and lots of options.

I liked how close it was to six flags, but the room was not very clean and had a funky smell.

Our second time staying here. Close to springfield great restaurants around the area as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room we were given at check in had an open paint tray full of paint in it and smelt awful as it had just been or was in the middle of being painted.

Staff was beyond accommodating. Front desk super sweet and ready to answer any question I had. Helpful with area info. Knew when the best times to adventure were.

The room itself was nice, but could have been cleaner in the bathroom. The pool area was smelly and not the best.

I selected this motel because it has an indoor pool. The pool was clean and well maintained. The room was not. The chairs were stained, the comforter on one bed was stained. The bathroom was dirty and there was trash on the floor. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This stay was improved from the last visit

Not worth paying a high price per night. Poor lighting, dingy, dirty. Our bedding was torn... Staff allow guests to smoke marijuana all over inside the building. It's disgusting. Pool area was well kept but that's about it.

Obviously an older property but it could certainly use some remodeling/upgrades!

Liked pool and jacuzzi, it was clean and smelled good, night person was friendly, the shower was wanting, the water pressure wasn’t the greatest some people were arguing late night in hallway, elevator broke down had to carry our bags down, long walk to the pool.

Good for a quick night stay

I booked the trip last minute and the price was decent for the amenities I wanted. I called the hotel because there was no way I could check in by 3pm. The staff assured me it was not a problem. We made it there around 8 and check in was easy. Decent size room, clean, had a microwave and fridge which was needed. Pool looked great but didn’t have bathing suits. It was quiet, and I slept well. The next day I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options and everything was delicious. The juice was chilled and coffee perfect. They had blueberry batter for the waffle maker. I was in heaven. I checked out at 11 but my son needed a few more minutes and they were so understanding. Nobody made us feel uncomfortable. Friendly helpful staff. It was also close to food, gas stations, etc. Would recommend and stay at comfort suites inn again!

Great place and clean will be back

This property is just worn out. Dirt in the shower, towels piled under the sink to catch a drip from the plumbing, a wooden closet door damaged by the door knob. We will not return and will advise others to avoid it. Yikes!

Nice little complimentary breakfast with a few hot items.

Front desk rarely up front, elevators out for a while. Unclean in general. Actual room was good
