Fantastic staff at this wonderful hotel near Koganechō Station. The rooms are nice and are great value-wise.

Great hotel!

Good sized room for with good price. Washroom however is too small with no counter space and no hooks to hang anything. Shower head at awkward angle (almost 90 degree). Location is quiet and free street parking after 8.

Very clean hotel. The staff were so friendly and so outgoing! I think the only bad side was we paid for our breakfast and there is a miscommunication between hotels.com and this hotel. They gave us the breakfast, but it should have been a seamless process booking with them and getting the breakfast

Very close to train station and surrounded by lot of restaurants.

Room is clean and spacious but the air conditioner had serious noises issues, no matter which fan level was selected!

We expected two beds. There was only one bed when we when we secured it online. The picture had two beds in it and said double when we got to my stage, they said a double was a double bed two beds we tried to upgrade, but it wasn’t available so we stay with what we had.

Clean, kind front staff, close to train stations and restaurants, and reasonable price.

I had an amazing experience with this Hotel. The staff was friendly, prompt and the house keepers did an excellent job of keeping the hotel clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this area. Plus it was close to the train station and local shopping and dining area.

The hotel is conveniently near the Koganecho station for easy walking distance and a great view of the Oka river. The room was comfortable and clean.

Property is clean, big enough for 4 of us, having a bed for each of us, walking distance to shopping area and train to Tokyo. Employees are very helpful even with limited english, lots of good places to eat nearby...

The property is excellent. The room was clean. The bathroom amenities were excellent. Hot water in sink and shower. A big plus no water saver in the shower. Many hotels use a water saver. Which I compared to trying to take a shower in the rain.

Great space for a 3 person room, wifi could use improvement, other guests can be loud repeatedly.

High cost parking. There are some damages in the room. Little bit dirty.

Nice place to stay with friendly staff and a clean area. Not extremely walkable to anything but not far from subway lines.

Exactly what you need if you’re spending all day outside. Daily cleaning with robes and slippers. Kept clean and tidy all the time.

Staff would always greet you. About a 4 minute walk to the train station and restaurants were all in walking distance. They even accommodated us with a late check out. Service was excellent

The customer service is good ! Conveniently located close to the river, trainstation, and waterfront. This hotel was ok only. The lighting in the room is too strong and two different colors :( the room seemed very cramped. The entrance to the bathroom is dangerous. It feels like I am hopping into an RV bathroom :( . There was some electronic device that i could here every couple of minutes . Could not identify its location. I would not recommend this place! Sorry to say!

The hotel room is big ,twin room The bathroom needs ungraded, the bath tub need sealing, water went inside the tub make it smells, overall I'll give 3 and half stars

Disappointed that we could not get extra pillows. Confused about the breakfast token system which wasn’t explained but seemed we could not get breakfast if we wanted. The area has decent surroundings but breakfast options are limited. Hallways and lights in room were dusty. Bathroom didn’t seem fully cleaned before our arrival.
