I stayed at this hotel because the proximity to the hospital where I was going to have surgery and the service that I received to accommodate my stay after surgery was above and beyond thank you to all the team at the hotel

The room has a door that is extremely heavy you have to really be strong to open the door. The cleaning ladies are very nice but overwork and don’t have enough supplies to give you more towels or extra pillows or blankets.
The breakfast is included the lady in charge of that is such a hard worker and goes far and beyond to make your stay satisfactory

We used to love this hotel, but coming back post-pandemic, it’s just not the same. The hallways are dirty, and it looks like they haven’t vacuumed in ages. Our bed sheet didn’t fit, and the shower door wouldn't close all the way, creating a watery mess. Cleanliness has taken a hit everywhere, and oddly, there was a tip jar in the breakfast area. We couldn’t get extra pillows or even a second hand towel without fetching it ourselves from the gym. Sadly, we won’t be returning, even though it’s conveniently located right next to a Starbucks, a big shopping mall, and a grocery store.

The surrounding areas were excellent, we found a great sushi bar restaurant, a casino, Starbucks, McDonalds, a taqueria restaurant, a nice outdoor bar with an excellent selection along with a grocery store which made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.

It's a nice hotel I stayed 3 nights in room 411, it was clean and everything bed was comfy but the AC had a loud sound when it was on. That AC needs to get fixed

I got to the hotel after 11 p.m., and they canceled my reservation and tried to blame Expedia for it. Upon request of a new room they said they were sold out and suggested for us to go look for another hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel, only thing I really didn’t like were the pilllows. It sounds so silly but these pillows look puffy and nice but once you lay down in them, they flat down and get clumpy making the back of your head and neck hurt when you sleep. I’m not a picky person but this has definitely been the worse pillows I have ever slept in. You can fold these pillows probably into 3. My husbands ears were hurting when he laid down because of the clumps these pillows have. We hardly got any slept in the past 4 nights we slept there. They were just so uncomfortable. But The location was good, very clean environment and the breakfast was great and have quite a lot of variety.
