Very good breakfast and friendly staff. The mattress is a bit soft . The bathtub needs to be changed as it looks old. Kitchen is convenient but there was no kettle so we had to go get hot water in the lobby and it ran out twice. Location is good : 5-10 minutes walk to the convention center and downtown, grocery and restaurants. The canal walk is enjoyable. We had a good stay.

We had our reservation for this specific hotel relocated to a different hotel 20 miles away due to a “long term resident” extending their stay. Notice was given same day as check in around 1100 with a 3 pm check in time. We picked the specific hotel due to location. Very poor customer service, no mention of discount due to relocation or any other offer, just notification that we were being moved. Asked for full refund.

It was ok. We needed a spot for traversing downtown. Convenient for walks on the canal. Which is why i chose it. Doors to get out without having to go thru front desk. I loved the bed. We did not spend alot of tume in the room

First room was flooding and got moved to second room where the toilet didn’t work.

Good place to stay. They do housekeeping every other day. So if you need towels, toiler paper etc, you need to go to the front desk. I was supplied with everything I need!
Breakfast is really good! Would stay here again!

Only complaint was the sheets and blankets for pull out sofa were stored in a sealed bag in the closet. Must have been in there a long time because they smelled funky. Otherwise everything was awesome. Nice location right on the canal. Full kitchen. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Highly recommend.

The room was not as clean as we what we are accustomed to from Marriott Hotels. The tub was very dirty. We were just careful where we placed items like suitcases.

The canal was beautiful and a nice walk with a cool little Italian place down the canal, close to the hotel, that served espressos, Italian ice, and gelato.

The only complaint the inn claimed that Expedia didn't reserve a room so we charged twice once from Expedia the other from the inn. It was corrected and the cleaning were tops.

The staff & the hotel were wonderful . . However, we couldnt really relax & enjoy the pool like we wanted to because there was about 10-15 young screaming & very rude kids w/adults who did nothing about their kids being ridiculously loud & rude!!!! After a long day of walking through the Children's Museum & being tired & sore . . We wanted a nice relaxing swim (in what we thought would be a heated pool) . . We ended up w/an extremely loud, rude & lukewarm experience. . . Why was the pool not heated? The only other complaint was the elevators were really small & extremely s-l-o-w!!! . . Our room was great though & the staff were very helpful & friendly

Staff were excellent, especially Devin (who checked us in and worked evenings). Location was convenient, and parking was easy to access (lot next to hotel, not a parking deck). There were plenty of options for breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful property in a beautiful area. Convenient walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and all the restaurants and entertainments between was perfect. The facility was fully booked both Friday and Saturday nights yet they were able to get us checked in early and the multiple staff members were over the top helpful and kind. Will definitely choose this spot next time in town Thank You

The bed mattress wasn’t comfortable and the bathroom tub nozzle was loose. Breakfast was great and the it was quiet on our floor. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

professional staff. I will continue to use this as my home away from home when I visit Indianapolis.

Staff was very accommodating and able to offer a room upgrade since it was available that night. Very convenient to get to and from and in a safe neighborhood.

The room was very spacious, nicely updated and very comfortable. I don’t know why I haven’t been staying at the Residence Inn all these years. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was pleasant.
