Great breakfast and the lady that staffed that area was friendly, helpful and made us feel like we were dining in a home rather than in a motel. Cozy ambiance. Motel room was very clean with comfy mattress which is important to senior couples like us! Price was so reasonable and I would love to stay there again if we ever return to Nova Scotia which I hope we will!!!!!

Very few places in this area where you can sleep 3 and get breakfast. The pool is a nice bonus in the current heat wave, too. It’s like a fully refurbished old school motel and it’s a little outside of the main town area, but it had everything we needed and was very clean.

Great motel -- conveniently located, quiet, nice view of surrounding lands, clean, pleasant staff, very good breakfast, free local newspaper/guide of the area. Ive stayed here before and will again!

Very nice staff

Well priced compared to most inns in the area, and just a minute drive from downtown. It’s an older motel that has clearly had at least one round of renovations over the years with one piece shower/tub inserts and vinyl plank flooring installed. Still showing age in terms of the actual building. A loose tile on the bathroom floor. And all three fixtures in the bathroom dripped to the point that we had to laugh. Closed the bathroom door to sleep because of the endless dripping. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Staff were super friendly. Continental breakfast always convenient to have a little bite to get moving. Nothing horrible but building as you would expect from an older roadside motel. Frankly thought it was priced a bit high for the quality, but it’s peak season and hard to come by places to stay so I guess the market dictates the price.

Breakfast was nice and tasted better than the average hotel food.

The Inn was good andclearly renovated. The breaksfat was good but not excellent. The staff on-site was great though. Dining options in the area were limited, several places closed, we were there on a Thursday. Would advice the Mad Hatter Wine Bar. But avoid Bistro East: had no fish available and pizzas so-so.

Beautiful historic homes, toured the Historical Garden which was very enjoyable. Live music on the waterfront.

The continental breakfast is excellent. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Did not like the bed ends. Both my husband & I bumped into them. Perhaps pad them?

Loved salt water pool. Room was a little damp feeling on our last night. Weird. But overall a nice spot. I’d go again

Staff very welcoming. My daughter loved the waffles for breakfast. Nice to have the outdoor pool to cool off. Great that it is just out of town for the quiet, but walkable or short drive into town. Would stay again.

Nice motel close to town. Nice salt water pool. Well kept grounds and room was clean. Fridge and microwave were handy to have. Continental breakfast was good.

We loved that this property was so welcoming and so close to town but not in town. Loved that it had a heated saltwater pool. Clean and Friendly!!! I highly recommend it

This was a great property. The grounds were beautiful. The staff was amazing and the meals at the restaurant were very good and reasonably priced.
