Amazing ocean view and a short drive to Acadia national park and Bar Harbor making this a great location

Breakfast was poor and the rooms would benefit from some upgrade work

Excellent view from the room. Very nice location for access to Bar Harbor. We may come back, and it is right next to the ferry terminal.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I loved the balcony and being on the water. The restaurant had delicious food too.

Upon check-in Dana was very friendly and informative. The room was very clean and The view from the deck was beautiful!! Breakfast each morning was plentiful and the staff was friendly and efficient. Lunch from the Bistro was great. It was also refreshing to go into the pool after time spent in Acadia National Park. We'll be back to visit again!!

There wasn’t anything not to like.

Loved the ocean view. Peaceful and serene. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of different items to choose from. There was a shuttle bus that went into town.

Loved the location of the hotel! Great views. The breakfast was better than expected. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Wish the outside pool/hot tub was open a little later in the evening. Could use some more hooks for wet towels in the bathroom. Maybe a fan in bathroom as towels/swimsuits never seemed to dry. Hooks in room for jackets would be nice too.

Everything was wonderful. Even though there was construction in the main building, this did not negatively impact our stay

Location, facilities

the rooms were spotless and the balconies were a huge plus. location was great. you could do everything from the town to Acadia in a short drive. and even a wonderful steakhouse across the street if you wanted to walk. the restaurant inside the hotel was delicious and breakfast was insane. can’t wait to stay again

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bed was soooo comfy. Staff was great and friendly. Didn't get a chance to try the Bistro though. Next time!

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Atlantic Oceanside is our first choice when staying in Bar Harbor. The property sits directly on the ocean with wonderful views from every room. Located perfectly between downtown and the main entrance to Acadia National Park, it offers quiet and close proximity to everything. Hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and service oriented. The food at breakfast and at the Bistro is excellent. All this plus a warm pool and hot tub completes a great vacation!

I loved the view from our room. what a lovely property! I enjoyed the 1 Mike walk into town as there is a sidewalk and it’s alongside the ocean!

that there was construction goi g on but it’s that time of year (off season) when this work would be done. it did not bother us just not visually attractive

Big room, clean and amazing staff. Staff so nice and very helpful. A big thanks to Sofia who went above and beyond when we hit another person car pulling out of parking space. She got right on the phone to help the other people deal with the rental company. Made a something that was upsetting too have happen so much better. .
