The hotel was by the JR train station and Keikyu station is also close.There is the bus between Haneda Airport and JR station too. Easy to travel Kanto area.

Property was located close to train station. Mall shopping and food close by hotel. Not souvenir type shops, just normal bigger clothing, handbags, jewelry stores, etc. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Hotel was okay. Three star hotel. Stayed overnight before catching flight home. Hotel definitely use to be a smoking hotel. It rained the day we arrived and humidity brought out the smoking smell in the room. The staff was very kind and moved us to another room. Bathroom was small and door opened out and you stepped into bathroom like in a cruise ship. There was a ledge you had to remember to step up when you walked out of the bathroom. It sufficed for an overnight stay. The staff was wonderful and is the hotel’s saving grace.

The location of the hotel is superb. Its just next to JR station with lots of shopping and restaurants around. Haneda airport is just less than 30 mins away including walking time to train station. Kawasaki is an area with lots of fun but much less busy than Tokyo city centre. Highly recommended! The hotel is clean and value for money. I requested a cake to be delivered to room at 11pm on a night and the staff made it exactly 11:00!! Very attentive! The cake is delicious too!! Thank you Nikko hotel Kawasaki. We enjoyed the srmtay very much.

Staff was courteous but could be more attentive. I like the friendly chef who cooks eggs anyway guests want in the breakfast buffet.

An convenient hotel next to train station

Stay 3D2N at Kawasaki Nikko Hotel. The lobby looks a bit aged, but the room interior looks okay, though our room was facing the inside side of the hotel. Room size is decent, can easily lay open our 3 large-sized luggages. Location is decent, just right next to the JJR Kawasaki hote. There's supermarket and plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Around 30mins away from Shinagawa / Tokyo Stations.

Staffs were so kind and sight from the room was nice.

I will definitely recommend this place.

Their breakfast buffet was very nice. Clean, good selection very good staff. I thought the business room was good compact but the bed amenities were good.

Two major train lines, multiple shopping malls, restaurants, shopping arcades, and nightlife all within minutes by foot. For the hotel, pretty much what you would expect from a Nikko Hotel. Clean, nice people, room with a view of the city skyline, etc

Relatively close to Keikyu Shinagawa (within 9 minutes' walk) and good access to Haneda Airport.

The breakfast place should open earlier, open at 7 am is a bit late. It’s not convenient for some guests that have to leave the hotel early morning. The foods at the breakfast place always ran out and empty. The staffs should fill up the food and should not leave them empty. I came to have breakfast at 9.15 am, many foods run out and not been filled up. I feel like I don’t have things to eat, a very limited menus left. The egg corner closed very fast. The guests who come after 9.30 am cannot have the egg menus. The staffs at the breakfast place are not that much hospitality. It was not worth to pay for a breakfast at this hotel. My son was very sick from an influenza, he cannot go to the breakfast place. I asked the restaurant staffs to allow me to pack some small foods and bring some to my son, but the staffs did not allow. So, we decided to threw away the breakfast coupon ( even we already paid for it.). This was so bad and not hospitality. No Omotenashi. ☹️

The Kawasaki Nikko is a convenient hotel as it is close to Kawasaki Station and also to various shops and restaurants. There is even a good sized supermarket next to it. The only downside to it is the refrigerator does not have a small freezer unit in it and there is no microwave on the floors. If you search, you'll find an ice machine, but it doesn't say that in your room guide. Other than that, the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Room servant forgot to replace tooth brushes, shaver nor water etc, pretty bad impression.

What I liked Nice staff service and very clean room. Very good location to access to train station and go shopping. What I didnt like Noisy when someone talked on the floor outside of room. International phone didnt work (follower instructure)

The room was very small (espcially by U.S. standards), but fine for a short stay. Good lighting, very quiet, quality tea/coffee in the room, decent breakfast, and great staff. Right near 2 train stations, plus buses and cabs. No complaints!

Very convenient to Haneda airport with express Keikyu train, only 20 minutes! Plenty of shopping with a high end mall and stores. JR station is one minute by walking

This hotel is placed perfectly next to food and shopping areas. There is so much in a walkable distance! The staff was friendly and helpful. Next time I come to Japan I will stay here longer!

This hotel was amazing for our stay. With it being so close to the JR Kawasaki Station helped massively. It was always extremely clean and despite being next to the station, you could hardly hear the trains. Cleaning staff were amazing with the room and Front Desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Definitely would stay here again.

Location just beside the JR Kawasaki Station and he bus terminal, close to commercial area with lot of shop and restaurants. Very kind staff and comfortable room.
