It was wonderful just needs more plug ins for phones and such, maybe a lamp with plugins in it? Otherwise amazing place!

The black girl who checked us in was not very friendly the keys didn't work half the time walking up the hill was rough

Stayed during Hurricane Helene remnants pass through. River was up but the view was gorgeous nonetheless. Room was clean, bed slept great, and staff was accomodating. My only call-out was the drink vending machine was totally sold out so next time (when we stay here again) I would bring sodas with us. Phenomenonal wakking distance to everything and good prices. Stay safe and thanks for make our honeymoon wonderful.

Good place to stay. Good price, great location within walking distance to about everything. I really liked the room setup and it was clean. The only drawback was that it could use some updating.

The stay was really enjoyable the staff were friendly and helpful. I wish the restaurant would have been open, I really enjoyed it in the past. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Location was good, compared to the online view of the company the actual on site view is completely different. There were bugs in the room, the phone didn’t work, linen was dirty. Even after reporting the situation to the front desk, I was told they would address the bug and phone issues but unfortunately that didn’t happen. I would not return due to false advertisement & the bug issues.

We absolutely love the location of this place and the staff was lovely. The lobby was clean and the room was clean. It is a much older property with an amazing view, but the beds were like rocks. I was disappointed to know the restaurant has been closed since Covid due to no staff, which is really sad. I think they need to update their marketing page to say no restaurant because the building is there, but it hasn’t been open since Covid. Otherwise, a great facility and we will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues: Room Key Problems: My room cards malfunctioned three times, which was quite inconvenient. Vending Machine Issues: The vending machines were consistently out of order. Despite being advised by staff to use a different machine, it was also non-functional. An out-of-order sign would have been helpful. Shower Temperature: The shower fluctuated between warm and extremely hot, posing a risk to my safety. (luckily it wasn't my children) Room Condition: The room had ripped carpet and ants in the bathroom. Additionally, the TV remote was not working despite a maintenance request. (and they never showed up) Vehicle Damage: Upon returning to my car, I noticed damage to the bumper and a small dent, presumably caused by a light blue vehicle. Cleaning Issues: The room was not cleaned properly, as a Gatorade bottle was left by the nightstand and bed. I think the only great thing about that place was one of their Female employees was very sweet!

Would highly recommend this hotel very clean, spacious and convenient to everything.

Love this property. This was our second time, and there will be a third time next year. Love everything!

The only thing we didn't like was the walk up the steep ramps to our room. Everything else was great.

The staff was extremeley friendly and helpful. I should have paid the extra $ for the updated room because my room was musky smelling. Great location.

My room had the river view and I loved it! Too bad they do not offer breakfast.

I was very happy with this spot in Gatlinburg. The staff was very friendly and it’s very easy to walk right to the parkway on the strip. I thought it was very quiet and safe, too. I didn’t realize it is a motel instead of a hotel and I normally don’t want to stay at one. I would stay at this one again, though. I just normally don’t find it as safe to stay at a motel being that it is easier to deal with a break-in since the room door faces outside. I enjoyed staying here!

Had a wonderful stay will stay again

We like this property because it is pet friendly and Donna at the front desk is super helpful. We also like the convenience to walking downtown and the river is nice that runs through part of the property.

Okay place to stay. Clean and comfy. Aging like almost all hotels in Gatlinburg. Check in and out a breeze. No elevator if you are on second floor. Convenient to aquarium and main parkway. Plenty of parking.

It was walkable to everything but also very quiet. I liked that it was really lit up at night around all the areas.

Photos online showed updated rooms. Ours was so outdated, deadbolt on door didn’t work and entire room smelled of mold. We checked out 10 minutes after we arrived.

The room is old dirty and smelly. Don't believe what you see in thier website when I booked I was expecting the nice and clean room but we have the old room ,dirty everything is outdated. Wifi is not working . Very loud. The only thing good in this place is walking distance to the town. Other than that nothing . We will never go back to this place I will not recommend.

WiFi and phone did not work. Bathroom was not clean. Sink faucet did not have aerator so water shattered all over. Balcony was dirty with cobwebs all over the place. Paint chipping everywhere in balcony. Main door was shabby and looked loose. Overall, the room looked very old and falling apart. Staff was courteous, helpful and tried to help but with limited ability to do anything.
