This trip was an emergency trip from Hurricane Milton. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! The room was a good size for our stay! The sofa had stains all over it, there is no carpet, so the floors needed to be cleaned, they were very dirty. The shower had some mold growth and overall needed some TLC.

We liked the clean room, pleasant cleaning staff. Breakfast was terrible. Cold gravy, they ran out of orange juice, weren't very accomodating. Just because people came north from hurricane Milton the hotel should have had enough supplies.

It was a good place to stay for a few days while we were fleeing hurricane Milton. I gave it 4 stars because the breakfast selection was not great. Otherwise, we had no complaints.

Overall the room was pretty clean. The doors did not close easily, they had to be slammed shut. If you like a very firm bed then you will love the beds here. The breakfast was okay. If you want something other than milk or coffee bring your own. Get there early, if they run out of things they don’t refill them. It worked for what we needed, a safe place to stay during a hurricane.

The shower wouldn’t drain properly during my stay. The shower filled up with water while showering. FYI take shower shoes everywhere. Hotel stay did not fix the issue in my 2 day stay nor discount my stay price

This hotel was very clean smelled great and the rooms were nice and comfortable.

I absolutely loved the layout of my room! I was grateful for the mini microwave and fridge, and I never had a room with 2 TVs! And I was pleasantly surprised about the breakfast they offered guests each morning: buscuits, gravy, sausages, eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, begals, and muffins! On the down side, there was a musty smell as soon as I walked into the room. Upon further investigation, I noticed that at least one of the curtains had mildew. That's not only gross but very unhealthy. Unfortunately, even after I mentioned it at the front desk, the curtains were never cleaned. And the mattress wasn't tooo comfortable. But, overall, I had a lovely stay.

We stayed one night on our way home from Texas. The room was fine, comfortable. The morning breakfast was needing to be replenished. We saw no attendant around.

I was very impressed with the property this time. In the past it seemed run down and not up to par. This stay was extremely pleasant.

Hotel staff is great. The hotel itself is a tad bit dirty, from the elevators, hallways, and the shower curtain was hideous.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever had. We needed a pull out couch and booked because they did offer them. It was the old style where the couch turns into a bed. The cushion had cut marks all over it leaving the cushion sticking out. We asked for another room. He gave us another but this time it was not clean and the pull out couch had food and stains on it. After that, we went back to the front desk. He gave me a master key and a list of 4 rooms to pick from. I have to find my own clean room?!? One of the rooms smelled like someone was smoking cannabis in it. One room, the light switch to the fan was uncovered and open. We found a room that was better than the others. If every hotel around us wasn’t booked, we would have left. When we did get our room, there were no extra pillows for the pullout. The TV signal was so bad we couldnt watch a show. The fan worked but sounded like it was about to fall off the ceiling. The shower head guard wasnt even flush with the wall. It was not a good stay and would not stay here again.

The hotel is not in a good area. I came from a different state and was unaware that the location was like that. The staff that checked me in was very nice. The room could’ve been more thoroughly cleaned. There was a cup with a chicken wing in it, in the window. The AC also didn’t work that well. It was loud but wasn’t cooling the room.

The hallway smelled like marijuana. We asked for additional pillows and were told no. Our room had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly. It had dirty towels left in it, toilet paper on the floor and an unflushed toilet when we arrived.
