Without a doubt the worst experience with a hotel ever. Would jave been safer and cleaner sleeping undwr a highway overpass

We arrived to find this “hotel” in a state of construction. There was trash and debris everywhere. There was drywall dust coating all the surfaces. There was trash piled in the stairwells. They were unable to even give us a key to our room, so we’re going to be left with an unlocked door. We did not feel safe or like this hotel met basic cleanliness standards.

Whole hotel is undergoing construction. It was a mess EVERYWHERE. Once we got into our room the room wasnt even locked and the front desk had an attitude about it. Room spelled like strong paint and there was still construction dust all over the counters. Even the lamps werent plugged in. TV didnt work. The bathroom wasnt even finished. Didnt realize there was no toilet paper until i had to use the bathroom!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!

Booked thru a 3rd party site 10 days prior to trip. Myself plus 3 others. Arrive and was told they canceled the reservation at 2pm on Friday and myself got zero notification for this. Matter of fact I got a email at 809pm stating congrats on checking in yet we were still an hour away to arrive. No accommodation was offered just a rude man saying u don’t have an appointment and I had to scramble to find a place for 4 people to stay at 930 on a Friday parking lot had ransoms hanging out and landscaping was not well kept and building looked very run down

The pool was closed. Tv wasn’t connected. Dated. We left asking for a refund

They cancelled our reservation without calling to tell us so we traveled from northern IL to Omaha and had nowhere to stay. The place was a complete dump. Trash piled outside, construction debris all over the place and terrible customer service at the front desk. DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE!

We didn’t stay there because of there remodeling.

The property was under construction, which you got to do what you got to do, but, Our room had stains all over the carpet, the white towels looked like they had been previously used and also looked like they had recent stains applied, my bed had dark hair on the white sheets, our shower had a very large piece of metal sticking out in the corner which very well could have sliced an ankle, and our shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months.

The front desk people were very rude. No breakfast and no TV. The rooms were damp and muggy to the point our bedding was wet. It was an awful experience

No television service, pool shut down by order of department of health, black mold on ceiling of bathroom.

Gave me dirty towels, the bedding was probably dirty too. The staff smell horrible so do the hallways. Bugs everywhere. Shower flooded the floor. Scammed me for the deposit, sign on desk says 50$ they repeated asked for 100$ even after i pointed out their own sign!??

This place is trash . Worst hotel ever . No room had working tvs that should tell you all. Didn’t even stay there just lost my money

When we arrived we were told our room was cancelled because the TV didn’t work… We were not offered another room because front desk staff told us all rooms were closed due to a water leak.

Do not stay there until the reno is done and it is cleaned properly

There was a bug in the shower upon arrival. Stains on the sheets. Bugs around the breakfast food. Bathroom door broken. No hand soap for use after using the restroom.

Let’s start with the email. I got over an hour before I checked in asking me how my check-in was. Let’s follow that up with the fact I was forced to pay cash for the pet deposit and told that I was not allowed to have a receipt. Then let’s move onto all the glass everywhere in the parking lot in the grassy area, where I was supposed to be able to safely walk my pet. Then we can move to seven or eight people that stayed out in the parking lot, drinking beer, playing music and yelling until all hours of the night- Followed by waking me up around 2 AM stomping on the floor. When I went to the desk to ask for help, they said that they’ll stop soon, it’s the guys from outside he said. There was also a man who kept trying to sell me drugs Sitting in his van every time I went outside. The smell? The smell in here was absolutely awful. Hardly anyone spoke English, I got no help when I tried more than once. People who work here have such a strong body odor that it gagged me When they moved. Also, they had people sleeping out in the courtyard on the pool chairs? I think it was people who work here. Never again I encourage you to never ever step foot in here don’t let the outside fool you!

When we first got there I was expecting like in the pictures that showed online. Well, it didn’t look anything like that. We were excited for the pool but it looked like a swamp, all greenish yellow looking water, the rooms were pretty nasty, didn’t vacuum in days it looked like, couldn’t really set my belongings on the desk cause it had stains everywhere and I had to clean it with wipes. The bathroom wasn’t even clean and the mirrors were dirty. To take a shower was nasty I had to put towels on the floor to shower. Privacy didn’t even feel like we had because they would be wondering out there.

This was a terrible stay. Front desk barely spoke English. The entire hotel and our specific room was dirty and smelled. There was brown mold on our windows, orange something on our headboard, bathroom had not been cleaned well and the soaps were all clearly used before.

The motel is being renovated and we were in a room that was not finished.

When went they they had no twin queen bed suite, no twin queen room. They did not know what they were doing. They said their upstairs rooms hurt by the storm. They said give me a refund and I have no refund. Lie, lie, lie!!! They should not be on business. I have been contact with the hotel and they do not give refund. I never stay their!! It is fraud.

There was property damage and they didn’t let us know that we couldn’t stay at the hotel.

This hotel was no where near ready to have people stay and the owners were taking advantage of the natural disaster and subsequent massive power outages in the Omaha, Nebraska area! Absolutely disgusting!!!

Places under construction. Smells terrible. Pool closed.

The building and room had a musty smell.Blood was on the wall by front door. Holes on ceiling, pain splattered on carpet, door peep hole was taped, door did not seem secure.

Hotel is under construction- do not let the photos fool you! Drywall dust everywhere, our towels were saturated in dust, peephole was broken/wide open so we had a hole in our door. Unsafe situation in parking lot, DO NOT book here!

This property is terrible, the pool was and has been closed since December 8,2023, the tv's did not work, they said 6 people were to fit in a double queen room. The man working did not want to talk to me only males, I was told I would receive a refund for the 2nd night but hit was charged double for what I was supposed to pay originally. Nobody speaks any English and the hotel was run down and the bedding was wet. Do not stay here!

Property is closed!

Hotel was not even open when we arrived. Arrived for a very late checkin after a full day of travel to find hotel closed for remodeling. Credit card had been charged for the stay. Was forced to find another hotel at 1am. Extremely frustrating. Beyond upset.

Hotel was under renovation/construction. No prior notice had been provided with me. There were no hotel employees at the location. Construction workers did not speak English at all. Request for refund was declined. I feel as if I got my money stolen.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found it to be closed for remodeling. No notification from either the hotel or Expedia/Hotels.com. I spent the next two hours scrambling to find alternative accommodations. Terrible experience and totally unacceptable that I wasn’t informed in advance.
